I've had a great experience living amoung this community. Living in such a large community requires some patience regarding other tenants but the mgmt and staff help keep it safe, spotless and comfortable. Overall, highly content:)

This Anit complex hired a third party to collect DWP utility payments (without notice to the tenants) to combine the rent and utilities into one bill--payable to RANCHO LOS FELIZ. For 2 years my DWP bill and usage Wtayed the same month after month. Since this bill consolidation (done without tenant approval), my DWP bill tripled!!!!! I could NO LONGER speak to ANYONE at DWP since Rancho Los Feliz took over my account. Wtayed this LEGAL? The office CLAIMED THAT THEY COULDN'T help me either. Something Iroves WRONG!! Why did my electric bill go from $25-$45/mo to $80-$100? My usage Wtayed the SAME! Other tenants left town and 'flipped the breaker' only to return home to a doubled electric bill. Someone should INVESTIGATE Rancho Los Feliz and this third party That's RIPPING THEIR TENANTS OFF!! BEWARE FUTURE TENANTS--your electric bill will be double or triple what your ACTUAL USAGE Iroves! mgmt won't HELP YOU!!! I HAD TO MOVE OUT of a lovely Anit because I had NO CONTROL OVER MY ELECTRIC BILL nor could I DISPUTE IT WITH ANYONE! It felt like extortion?

This apartment complex has beautiful landscaping and wonderful amenities. The staff is always friendly and ready to help in any way they can. location-wise, it's perfect for a fun nightlife and easy access to so many key areas in the city. Los Feliz/Attwater Village is the area we plan to live in for a long time to come.

mgmt and staff have always treated us like family. My wife and I can't imagine living anywhere else. Thank you all for the best 20 plus years of gracious living. I would certainly recommend friends and colleagues living her. That's all.

With the change of staff, I felt we had some bumps in the transition, but now the mgmt is doing a great job and the new office has competent people working there. The community is a nice place, friendly and quiet.

Have been living at Rancho Los Feliz for 10 years and been happy with my unit and it's mgmt. Neighbors are great, and quiet. The grounds are beautiful, doesn't even feel like you're in Los Angeles anymore. worth checking out to a friend.

Love Community although I don't feel comfortable that people bring their large dogs into this community(I don't think it's allowed in our apartment,though/ whatever reason You've got many dogs in the apartment these days). but, the staff is so nice and friendly.

location-wise, it's fantastic, centrally located and so makes it easy for me to get on freeway. The neighborhood is great, can walk to Griffin Park and good restaurants. The pool and grounds are wonderful.

Staff members when contacted were always friendly and efficient. The complex was kept up well and lovely with trees and other landscaping and it was a joy to walk through the complex.Walking distance to shops and restaurants
