I have never been more pleased with a place I have lived until Rancho Los Feliz. You feel like you are living in a private community; It's a safe, friendly place to reside. Gated community, overnight onsite security which really makes you feel safe. The neighbors are friendly and this is a pet friendly place. All around the building You've got bags available for the dog walkers, so you never have to worry about stepping in anything. :-) There's a gym you have 24 hours access to, a year round heated pool, a sauna and free coffee every morning. Maintenance guys are here every day which means if you need something fixed There's never a wait and they keep the grounds beautiful! The best feature to me is having streams throughout the building and right by the pool There's a waterfall with many plants underneath; makes you feel like you're in Hawaii.

I lived here for 4 years since I sold my house of 43 years. I love it here. It's like living in a resort.. The pool and tropical landscape and are perfectly kept. The mgmt is respectful, helpful and prompt. It's quiet here especially at night. I worth checking out Rancho for anyone who wants a quiet place to live with a friendly atmosphere.

Overall the experience has been good. I would like my apartment to be updated more frequently. I mean with new showers/tiling, paining the walls, kitchen cupboards and carpet cleaning. I think they could clean the pool more frequently as well as barbecue and sauna. We should also have a hot tub here. Thank you!

The mgmt staff, grounds and maintenance crew have been doing a Guperb job in the years since I've been a resident. sadly, the biggest problems I've had with the community Iemains the other residents and their disregard for their neighbors. There's a Bpacious problem with noise as the walls, windows, doors and ceilings transmit noise easily. I've had problems with neighbors loudly talking, walking and even banging on walls and my ceiling. Smoking has also been a problem. I've had smokers living above me ash into my patio below as well as drop their butts and lighters. Dog owners have left their animals feces in the parking lots and walkways. The dog owner issue Iemains also a problem with mgmt as I Wroved told when I originally moved in that this wouldn't be a property where dogs were allowed, which has since changed and Iemains somewhat upsetting because of the owners negligence with cleaning up after their animal. In regards to the cats, that can also be a problem as they have sprayed my patio door and left feces in my patio because the owners let them wander the property unattended.

We have been living in this place for almost a year. We had seen other buildings and compared with them, this property was by far the most enjoyable and full of ammeneties. We decided to move the same day we saw it. When we moved, there were some things that needed reapair. For example, our bathroom ceiling had some problems and the toilet wasn't working properly; but when we comunicated this to the staff, they took care of it right away. When you compare this cozy studio with a one bedroom apartment that costs the same, it may seem a little pricey. But, when you take into account safety, cleanliness, community and location, you can see its true worth.

I loved the plants and trees and what seems to be a wonderful staff, but thats where the love affair ended. loud for tennants whose buildings are near the back; Starging at 6AM, multiple dumpster activity from adjacent complex that lasts at least an hour, 3 times per week. Also, heavy incense burning (presumably to hide smoking) permeates some buildings. Lastly, if you rent a studio, There's NO parking. The street parking availability could best be described as dismal, so get used to an extra 15 minute hunt for a space in the adjacent residential area at night and a good 5 minute walk to your car in the morning. <br>PS.If you move out of a spotless and spotless studio apartment, expect a cleaning fee of around $300. Overall Rating: B- / C

I am still happy here. I love it. I just feel that the quality of service has decreased. Office staff is great. My main concern has to do with the hallways and stairways. I still think this is one of the best places to live around the neighborhood. Smart decision not going through with the pool project.

I came from Germany for 3 months. Everywhere I went to get an appartment,no one helped me for a short term lease. When I called Rancho the man on the other line made me fell welcome and I came to see the appartement. I was treated like I was buying a home. The leasing man was so kind and he paid attention to my needs.I rentd a studio for 3 months. I am here in Los Angeles only for 3 months and I will go back to Germany as soon as I finish my course. I don't have a car, so I take the bus which is infront. shoping centers are near by.If you want peace, check Rancho Los Feliz. You won't be sorry.

I currently live at Rancho Los Feliz and I have nothing but positive things to say about Rancho Los Feliz. The grounds are well kept by the maintenance staff and the office staff is great about helping me when i needed something resolved.I been living at Rancho for almost a year now and got to know some of the tenants who have been here for a long time. I noticed that all the people who left bad comments about Rancho were teneants who just had alot of personal issues or were problematic and wanted to talk trash about the complex. I personally think the people who had bad things to say were either bipolar or just needed to get some legit help because the complex is a awesome spot to live in the city.
