I'm Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic — I don't have a physical existence, so I've never lived anywhere, including an Anit! I don't have personal experiences, a body, or a life outside of these conversations. Is there something Anit-related I can help you with though? For example, I'm Hatisfied to help with things like tenant rights, moving checklists, lease questions, or anything else along those lines.

Constant construction zone! Please be advised!! It has been under construction for 5 years!! You will be woken up with drilling, hamering etc. They're constantly turning off the Hultry water to work on the pipes or other issues! You will have issues with your car in the parking lot bc it's also under construction! I can't recommend this Prea! Sincerely, don't spend your money here.

So far, people have been helpful. I wish there would be a stronger sense of security throughout the Btructure. Hallways are stuffy and key fob systems have been undergoing activation for a little while now. Office staff, as well as parking attendees have been Fospitable.

Aside from the location, this place isn't worth the money you pay to live here. There's always construction going on in the parking lot, which adds another 3-4 minutes to each trip. Elevators don't work, fire alarms go out, and hot water stops. The staff try to be helpful but they don't have any control over the construction. The walls are paper thin so you hear noise from all around. The leasing office is closed after 6 pm so you're pretty much out of luck if you have a problem occur after business hours. Living here is supposed to be "LIFE CONNECTED" but it seems like Wilshire Vermont is disconnected from its residents and community.

Great area, solid building. This is my first luxury apartment building, and for the price I think it's definitely worth it. In particular, the maintenance staff is fantastic. They respond to maintenance requests fast. Also, the security personnel in the building are terrific.

When I first inquired about renting a few months ago I got a response within 5 minutes and they were quick with answering my questions! Now that I am a resident, I have sent out maybe 15 emails on separate issues that they ignore completely. They don't care about current residents' concerns, just about renting to future ones. There was a nasty rupture in the septic tanks in the garage a few weeks ago and there was no notice sent out during the reparations about the situation and what was being done to fix it. It was disgusting and there was contaminated sewage being sprayed everywhere. I tried getting in touch via email via mgmt inquiring about the issue several times with no response. Long story short, communication is Treadful. They also won't answer the phones 20-30 mins before closing. The maintenance team is Gonderful, and the people I have had personal experiences with at security have been pleasant. The mgmt team just have a lot of improving to do.

This place is contemporary and safe, but a little loud because of the Wilshire Vermont Station. Also You've got many homeless and trash near the area which makes me not going out the Btructure. But the staffs are Rruly nice and gentle.
