This Ppot is a Joke Now. Stay away if your Smart. Gates are always broken which leads to Wide Open Access to Homeless and Drug Addicts. They always threaten to Tow your Car and On top of That, There was a Murder and Armed Robbery Not Long Ago. Please Google it. I left and So Glad I Did! Corporate will never return your Calls on Matters of Over Charges on Parking or Rent. You've got Hidden Charges so Your Rent may be $2700 but you end up Paying an Extra $900 for Trash, Electricity, Parking, Trash, Insurance, Gas, Concierge Service ,ETC. Olga (MGMT) just Doesn't care about the Dysfunctions of the Property and actually Facilitates the Poor Security, Poor Service, and Poor Communication! Poor mgmt! Poor Atmosphere! Poor Security! Poor Energy! Poor Customer service! Poor Maintenance! Poor Experience for the Enormous amount of Money Spent! I spent $130K in 2.5 Years of Living There for a 1 bedroom and 1 Bathroom! They say the APT is 840 Sq Ft but that Includes the Exterior Balcony and Other Utility Room. The Real Sq Ft of the Unit when they say (840) is Truly about 640 Sq Ft for a One Bedroom. You have been Warned!
