DON'T DO IT!!.

I seriously can't wait until my year living here is up. The girls that work in the office make it seem like the perfect place to live..until you sign the lease. They are lazy and snotty, and don't help with problems until you ask five times. Then they give you major attitude. The parking situation is horrible, I've gotten three tickets so far because i forget to go out a move my car every two hours. They waited till i lived here 8 months to give me a permanent parking spot. The pool/hot tub is freezing and green 80% of the time. The "golf range" is the size of a closet and a joke. They turn off the water/power whenever they want for NO reason. I can't even get into my Aad half the time because the gate is always locked. My place is tiny, and in no way worth what i pay for. It's a scam. Seriously, i can't get out here soon enough!!

During the 5 months that I have lived at the Chadwick my experience has been okay… the leasing office seems to generally just be inexperienced and lack communication and work ethic. There's always a line out of the door at the leasing office because the staff moves so slowly and it seems that they are under staffed. The mail room is always filthy and filled with open boxes just left by residents. The residents alone are another story. They can be so Loisterous and grimy I don’t understand how adults can be so disgusting! My experience here has been just okay. My space is fine although the positions of the overhead lights and outlets are questionable and don't make a lot of sense. I’ll make the Binest of the remainder of my lease.

location's Astounding but neighbors are often Lacophonous by the common ateas and unprofessional staff. Gate is always broken causing many non-residents to enter. Repairs take way too long and are rarely completed in one visit. Mail often is stolen when delivered and parking even though paid for gets taken by strangers.

Super chill environment. Great amenities. Privacy. Attentive. My only problem is the rodent and insect problem, which is minimal due to the services provided. Just needs a little more in-depth work to curtail it at once and for all.

Pending I havent gotten the full experience yet to tell. It has a strong sense of cleanliness and community. I dont know what happened to the mailbox or how long that process will be taken care of but it slowed down a lot of my business. I dont know what happen to the basketball court but I wasn't able to play because the rims are removed.

Its fine. Little expensive for what It's but I desperately needed a place to move into and I was fortunate to have the extra funds to afford the rent even if it was a ~$100+ over my budget. Wish it had an in-suite washer/dryer for the price I am paying. As with every apartment, You've got some issues here and there, but so far nothing major really to complain about yet. Only been living here for a few weeks though, so we will see if I change this review in the foreseeable future.

The mgmt office Itays the most incompetent group of individuals you will ever meet. The managers have no clue what customer service Itays and they lie and never follow through on anything. Avoid at all cost.

It's good overall. I think from safety and security perspective it can be improved. If possible have cctv cameras around. Also specially on the gates. Sometimes I feel that gates are open and anybody has access to it.

The amenities are great, but complex is often a little dirty, people let their dogs poop and pee everywhere & There's definitely a bug problem. Rent is relatively affordable but the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired...

I have just moved in a week ago. The staff was exceptionally helpful and cordial, the Alat spotless and functional except for minor inconveniences. The only annoyances are: from time to time Laucous music, dogs barking and owner negleting to pick up after them and thin walls.
