Don’t get apartment here I really suffer a lot My parcel stolen several times No security system here. No CCTV camera no good maintaining service Worst living here thanks I won't recommend to my friends to living this apartment

Cute property. I would give it 5 stars but leasing staff Iemains so unfriendly & doesn't do their job. A lot of flies in the hallway like proper trash upkeep isn't there. Smell of dog pee & kids in Btructure 56 parents let them ride scooters & bikes inside unit & hallway. disruptive.

Heaven on earth......

I have been live here, and I have to say that I Lnjoy it. I have even recommended my own friends to live here. And I have to say that we play tennis, and enjoy playing golf there as well. It's unfortunate when people post such nasty comments. My guess is they are probably being evicted. Well I have always by the Ppot. And the staff has always been kind to me.

I would rather not say anything about this Anit complex, as I don't want to be subject to adverse, discriminatory action. My experience has been fine, but the current office staff (that has never been "introduced" to the community), leave much to be desired!

hi its sudipta , almost good living but need to clean some common space, i already lost my delivered courier , i contact stuff she said it lost. or stolen .so its better mail room set a cc camera. clean dog waste also awareness community people to take of dog waste.

Chadwick is best apartment place to live. It’s been a 7 years I live here with my childrens. What they love is the amenities. Mine is being near in all establishments. Peaceful we have securities day and night working anytime you can call if There's a problem. Support in the office when you needed. I think that’s all. Chow!

SECURITY ROBBED ME! mgmt SHADY!!!

Not only is the mgmt shady, but I actually saw one of the girls buying drugs from one of the tenants there. I am not kidding. I happenned to be walking around the corrider when I saw her buying it. I can't believe that apartment hires people that do drugs. I always knew she was on something because of how she acted. Eyes all crazy big and talking at the speed of light. scary. this place is horrible. they never fix anything on time, they steal your packages, security sucks, cars get broken into. dont risk living there. you'll regret it. <br>ALSO, I got robbed by these people. SECURITY used the key in their office and got into my apartment and stole all my stuff. They wouldn't take responsibility for what hapenned even after the police stated that it was an inside job and that the security guard had a criminal record. how can you hire a felon as a security guard. btw, he robbed a lot of apartments before it happenned to me. they should have done something about it. i had to sue them for negligents which they finally settled out of court for.

I love it here. I have been living at City heights for years. And trust me the have made great inprovementss since it was oakwood. The elevators look great, and the landscaping is kept up well. I have a great apartment and it rent control. You can't beat that. I have seen all the negative comments, but I feel these are just unhappy people. Who have nothing better to do but complain about everything in life, and blame others for there own short comings. I love it here, and I can't wait to see how much better it gets.

Its loud here theres a big problem and my appliances dont work. Theres a trash company and a grounds keeper (not affiliated with the property of course) who make noise continuously throughout the week.

Before writing my review, I want to clarify that I can demonstrate everything I write. I am an Associate Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Southern California. I am a social scientist. I know when people are abused because I study social issues such as vulnerability, migration and poverty. Now, I am writing this so that no one else falls for the false charm of 1) the photos you will find on the pages where The Chadwck is advertised and 2) the false charm of administrators (BTW, I have seen recent "WEIRD" reviews about the "great" job manager Danielle and other staff do ... I wonder what and how much these clowns promised in exchange of those reviews. They are so false. Ok then. I have already written a review earlier recounting how I was misled when I referred a family who was in urgent need of finding an Anit (refugees from a southern country - obviously administrators only care about money and not humanitarian support or assistance). You can find that review with other comments about the chadwick if you search other sites, especially Google Reviews. Now, what I want to REVEAL here is that these people, as they are recently hired administrators and staff, and also, they are remodeling the apartments, THEY KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT, THEY DO WHAT THEY CAN TO STEAL IT FROM YOU. I gave a deposit equal to one month's rent, just over $ 1,600. In the midst of the COVID situation, it wasn't possible to review the state in which I left my Anit (early April), despite the fact that I formally asked weeks before to review it, before the suspension of normal activities and the question of social distance. They never went to check it. Anyway, I left my Anit spotless, I paid someone to clean it, I did not leave scratched walls, or the need for paint and so forth. What's more, I knew that ALL the apartments, once empty, would be renovated. So I was waiting for my full deposit, maybe a couple of hundred dollars less... my surprise was that they wrote a check for only 600 dollars !! They stole $ 1,000 from me. I wrote to the managers, to the staff. They used to answer, but obviously they stopped. Folks, don't be fooled, You've got many other good options in and around Koreatown, same price, but with nice and staff's super Fffable, no cheating and newer buildings. This place have a lot of problems overall.
