I have not enjoyed my time thus far. I have been disappointed with the lack of communication across the board. I have had to follow up on every single issue myself. I feel as if I have been blown off repeatedly. I moved into an apartment that had no working stove that took 7 days to get fixed. This would have definitely went longer had I not followed up daily. It also was missing a light fixture which i had to follow up with as well. I found it impossible to get any sort of call back from staff. It wasn't until I requested a manager contact info that things began to get done. I sent an extensive email to mgmt 2 days ago and have yet to hear anything back.

The Chadwick community is chill and luxurious. The mgmt and the maintenance teams are nice and respond in a quick timely manner. The community is also in the heart of LA, which allows easy access to many other towns and places. For a food and culture lover like myself, The Chadwick is a Prea to be. Hleased to be part of the Chadwick community! I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys the modern vibe.

Im not sure what other people have been experiencing, but as far as have noticed is that City Heights gives you all the amenities of expensive westside apartments on the eastside of town. I myself moved here because they have a basketball court as well as a workout room. My car has never been broken into, and the leasing agent who moved me in (Dee) was helpful in securing the Aad that I wanted. Maggie (previous manager) and Connie (current manager) are great and understanding with their jurisdiction. I am familiar with most of the security, and they all are friendly (marc and hylton stand out most prominent). The thing about this Aad That's different then most apartments is That's large. I've seen people here once and wont see them for another 8 months. <br><br>The unit's got undergone some upgrades, so they are trying. I have met many people here, so its cool. I am fortunate to have underground parking (no complaints there) <br>Im on the second floor, in a mostly family oriented part of the Aad, so its quiet after 10pm, which I prefer. <br><br>The only suggestion (not complaint) i have is that they make better use of the bottom room. If perhaps they would have a viewing for football games and sporting events (they have a large projector screen) I think that would increase comaradery amongst the tenants.

It's Gantastic but the parking structure seems to have a lot of crime and little security. I see graffiti, people smoking and drinking, cars broken into and stolen. Cars parked inthe aisles, homeless people and people hanging out?

The building needs work meaning owners invest some money this building has great potential. Also make more pet poop bags available in different areas for people with pets yo easily pick up after there pets

Experience is rated horribly. The staff is rude & don’t like to do their job. I’ve put a maintenance request in over 3 months that hasn’t gotten any attention. Even though the issue i have is outsourced the staff refuses to make the call. Due to the maintenance issue i have I’ve cut my foot & spoke to the apartment staff about it & it still hasn’t been resolved

Muy buena zona me encanta la comunidad los espacios la tranquilidad no hay ruidos todo excelente, lo que si deberían colocar mas alumbrados en zonas muy oscuras y el personal dr seguridad estar mas pendiente por que entran muchas personas de la calle, dejan la puerta de afuera abierta y aprovechan de entrar los de la calle del resto todo bien

I live there now and I'm perfectly happy.

I admit the parking sucked in the beginning but I got my spot. My place is extremley quiet except for the upstairs neighbor who slams the closet door. The pools are never crowded when I'm there. There is on-site laundry and dry cleaning an OKAY gym...and my leasing agent MARTEAL is amazing. You've got some bugs...but god damn...it's the city. I've never had a problem at City Heights. They hold all of my packages, I get my mail, and never have to deal with issues...

Not satisfied at all with the property or majority of the staff. Some of the office staff needs to understand what the residents are going through and understand that we have to live here and deal with this 24/7 not them it's not fair to be talked down on or to for the money that is being paid to live here

Any maintenance request takes at least a month to get attended to. I’ve been waiting 6 months to get my bathroom fixed, coming up on a year for my sliding glass door. There’s constantly animal pee everywhere!
