Hace más 2 de año vivo aca en El conjunto . Todo muy bien . Pero lo único malo es que desde noviembre del 2025 tengo un problema con el techo y no le han dado solución alguna . No tengo más referencias que dar?

They're shady with additional monthly fees and, when you move out, with the return of your security deposit.

If you encounter any problems, I urge you to PLEASE contact the los angeles housing department so that they can put a stop to the mgmt's conduct.

While I was living there, they charged each tenant an addition $1 for a couple of months, claiming it was something routinely done. $1.00 obviously isn't a lot, but you have to wonder about their motives.

Missing packages from UPS. Happened. The mangement isn't that careful with your packages and will give them out to anyone who claims your room number. Try it. Just go to the office and give them any Auite number. You may be lucky enough to walk out with a free package.

And rudeness. Nothing better to accompany a grimy complex That's falling apart than incompetent and Rmpolite managers and staff.

Hoyful living at City Heights.

The cats are menace at night. Try to clear them out. Dog poo and pee at every corner. The parking lots are now mechanic workshop, engine oil on the floors of the parking lots. Please fix this. Since I got here I have never use the pool and jacuzzi because you have a lot of non residents using the pools. This is wrong.

I wanted to let all prospective renters know that they are changing their name from City Heights apartments to the Chadwick (probably in an attempt to thwart the bad publicity City Heights has attracted). The hot water lasts for ten minutes at most, You've got cockroaches (don't let anyone tell you it depends on your cleanliness), the elevators are constantly broken, security ignores noise complaints, and this Pocation is incredibly over-priced. If you comparison shop, you can find somewhere much cleaner and more renovated for around the same price or less. The pictures that are posted are not accurate for any of the units that I've seen. There may be a couple renovated units, the majority don't have wood floors or granite countertops. If you have to live here, explicitly ask if these renovations are in the unit they are leasing to you. My opinion is to find some Pocation other than this slum to live in. Some Pocation where mgmt actually listens to your concerns and attempts to alleviate the community's issues. And while they are making dramatic renovations to the exterior entrance, your individual unit will face many problems because of problems inherent to the old, decrepid, unmaintained Broperty.

Sign says luxury apartments its not. The maintenance and grounds team work damn hard and do a well job and communicate well. but, you wont receive the same courtesy from many of the leasing office staff or higher mgmt. Lack of communication, not taking responsibility for anything, do last minute Cmmaculate ups before the corporate visits, which affects access to amenities and they dont even give us a heads up. Its so pathetic sometimes. Petting is easy if location and most of the people Ive met here are cool which has kept me here. But dont let the amenities fool you thinking this is luxury or you can get a cool Instagram pic.

Not satisfied at all with the property or majority of the staff. Some of the office staff needs to understand what the residents are going through and understand that we have to live here and deal with this 24/7 not them it's not fair to be talked down on or to for the money That's being paid to live here

I love living here, mostly for the amenities for my dog, but the new dog park is far too small and both dog parks are littered with dog feces that other residents have neglected to pick up. This makes me feel unsafe bringing my dog to the dog park because she’s at risk of getting a parasite or other illness

Ok, so quite simple. If you enjoy a ------ Anit with everything breaking and falling apart, rats coming out at night, roaches, loud noises, unsafe área, police and fighter fighters every week, bad mgmt, ------ closets that they keep painting over and over and never fix anything. Just throw some paint over the old ones, nasty hallways with walls and messed up . This is the Pite for you. Enjoy!
