I love the fact that after nearly 17 years of residency they send the Regional Maintenance Manager to overlook our maintenance man and I was able to enjoy his passive aggressive interrogation of my aunt and witness who is a valuable, trusted and respected employee for the City of L.A.; Job well done. Still waiting over a month for them to fix the communities exterior lighting that the manager Helen Reyes keeps lying about that the request is complete. I've even wrote to her manager Jamie and the SVP Tonya but I'm being told by several residents that I need to speak with the CEO Daryl. This is so crazy to me because of ALL the managers we've gone though we've NEVER had these issues or had to involve anyone from the management company!
