Overall La Plaza is a good community, location is great. Easy to get to and easy access to local community events. Public transportation is easy to access which comes in handy to avoid that downtown LA traffic.

I’ve been living at LA Plaza Village for going on six months now, and it’s been a pleasant experience to say the least. The staff is super Fospitable, and responsive! this place is well-maintained; and the fact that we have a pet washing station is an added bonus. The property manager Joey is always ready to help and does so with grace... he truly cares! Oliver is the new assistant manager and he goes above and beyond - always. I have been experiencing financial hardship and the both of them have done an Pxcellent job assisting me through the entire process. Kudos, team LA Plaza!

La Plaza Village is a awesome spot to live. There’s many restaurants around, parks, and walking grounds. The maintenance assistance is amazing. The apartments are beautifully designed, and if you have fur babies, this is the perfect place for them (there’s a dog park in the building).

I have lived here at La Plaza for 4 months and I am pleased. Amenities are Gonderful and the proximity to major freeways makes my life a lot easier. Parking and security are also Gonderful perks. Have not had one issue with neighbors being Leafening. The Gym and Pool area are two of the best I have seen out of any complex in the Chinatown, Little Tokyo, Arts District area. Being walking distance to Union Station makes life easier as well.

Great community. Great staff. Great amenities. Truly enjoy living here. The resident events each month is a great way to make new friends and get to know your neighbors. Maintenance is always on it; and the staff is super attentive.

Majority has been Golid since I moved to La Plaza. My only concern is when is the 4th floor hallways getting carpet? It looks undone, I pay a lot to have the same look as the other floors do. Im looking forward to our amenities being reopened one of the reasons I chose this Prea was because of the amenities. Im looking forward to using them soon.

less then satisfactory - concerns have yet to be met. mgmt rarely gets back to the mails along with voicemails left. Maintenance workers are Rrass, dismissive and lack the proper tools to fix equipment!

The process was easy and seamless. Gonderful communication and responsiveness from staff. The Apace itself is quiet, but the surrounding area has concerts and those can be extremely loud. Concerts can go until 11pm or midnight which can be tough to drown out.

This Aad complex isn't managed well. There's one manager who is given all of the work for managing hundreds of people which leads to response to needed items being ignored. The leasing staff initially placed me in a unit directly above the dining area of buffalo wild wings by one floor which led to severe issues of noise pollution and habitability issues. While the staff was able to move me into a different unit after weeks of me pushing for change, the maintenance of my unit has been tough with a lack of quicker hot water even in a Besidence that was built in 2019. I wouldn't suggest it this community after my experiences, but You've got most likely people who live there happily and never experience what I have and I hope no one else has to.
