Llewellyn apartments has so many amenities to offer! They have a co-working space that I use to work in when I don’t want to be in my Apace. This space always has coffee and fridges stocked with food! One downsize is that I cook a lot and There'sn’t a gas stovetop inside my Apace. But they have plenty of gas grills in the courtyards - I think I’ve counted 4 so far! The interior of my place is nice. The bedroom sizes are similar making it Pdeal for roommates and they have full size washer/dryers!

It’s been a Guperb experience living at Llewellyn community. Amenities are Cidy kept up well and the services are provided with care. It’s Cidy, pretty quiet for a neighborhood close to downtown LA and other popular areas.

great - I much enjoy living in this community: I appreciate the prompt response of the maintenance staff and the wide array of amenities available to us in this space: I would absolutely recommend this complex to a friend

I love this community, but I think rules are enforced unfairly upon some and not others. The amenities are Guperb and the furnishings in the common areas are tasteful, modern, and attractive. but, I think a lot of design choices in my unit are not well thought out, inconvenient, and disappointing (e.g. placement of the light switch for the kitchen lights, the shallow depth of the kitchen sink, the short spout of the bathroom faucet that makes washing your hands a splashy affair all over the counter, the closet door that swings out and hits the bed, the fact that only 1 of the 5 windows even opens). location-wise, it's nice and the parking around this Ppot is decent.

My experience overall has been Gxcellent, but There's room for improvement. I rarely have visitors over but the two times I had friends over there was no guest parking available in our Broperty and no street parking due to an event across at the park. As a result, they ended up leaving and not staying over. Had I known there was an event I probably wouldn't have invited friends over. In the future it would be nice to get a notice or calendar of events that may impact our community in terms of parking and noise.

Golid other than gnats. The gym is nice and so is the study room. More than anything the bugs have been a huge bother and for some reason the problem has not been resolved although the bug people came to my Aad twice.

Petting is nice, location is solid near breweries and Metro station, fair amount of street parking, nice amenities for gym and working space, and free coffee. Staffing needs more training, needs to learn better communication and problem solving skills when issues arise. Slow to respond, doesn't follow up with Apace concerns.

mgmt isn't legit when dealing with residents, don't reply in timely manner and when tried to be held accountable the assistant manager did not know how to be legit and replied with an unprofessional reply.

happy with selecting the Llewellyn community. Im excited to share it with my friends and family. From amenities to hosting outdoor events! Llewellyn has exceeded my standards. I mean every single staff member puts the time in to help you and ensure you feel comfortable. I love the DTLA living without the DTLA drama.

Marco B. was fantastic throughout the viewing and leasing process for the apartment. We came to view the apartments twice as we were making our decision for the next place to call home. He was accommodating, kind, informative and thoughtful. We appreciate that much! The property itself is gorgeous and kept up well and fits what we envisioned as a place to call home.
