The place is very dirty. Hallways with scratches, dents, crumbles and filthy carpets. Elevator with buttons missing, dents, stains and scratches all over. Pool and jacuzzi are disgusting. I cannot believe you guys do not have somebody to clean the pool, and the common areas weekly. It shows, everything is dirty and I see crumbles along with other dirt for over 2 weeks. Unacceptable. This is one of the main reasons my friend is leaving early from the Renaissance, he would rather pay to break the lease early and move into his new place where is cleaner, nicer and updated with new technology rather than staying here and waiting out until his contract ended. It looks horrible when we bring guests. Other renters and I were discussing that if we are paying this much for rent, we expect a good quality of life. As well as being treated fair, nice and professional by the leasing agency.

So far I am very impressed with the community, staff, grounds, and location. I havent been here very long, but I like what I see so far and I would recommend to a friend. I really hope my experience continues to get better as I am excited about my new apartment.

Avoid living here if you can help it. The hallways stink, people let their dogs piss in front of the entryway so it reeks and attracts flies. There are mentally ill homeless people all over the neighborhood, pooping on the streets. The elevator is frequently busted, the leasing office gives lip service but could care less. I'd say these units are 30-40% overpriced for what you get.

I never thought I'd live downtown, but I am having the best time. The Renaissance Tower is the perfect location. It's close to everything I need including groceries, entertainment, a haircut, etc. I am so happy I moved here. Oh, the park on the grounds is a great plus. Nice place to go decompress after a long day at work. I cannot forget the staff. They are always helpful and friendly.

It has been great! Brandi working here has made my life so easy when Ive had any question she is there! The building is always clean. The only thing Ive noticed is the elevator is down a lot but that isnt a problem for me as I can just take the stairs

I enjoy living here. It is a great downtown location and I have a wonderful view. Shopping and restaurant are close and it is easy to walk around the area. But there have been occasional maintainence problems, particularly with elevator and water shut offs.

Great place to live, it is safe. Pretty quiet, when it isnt the staff handles it.. but this community is so money hungry it is ridiculous. Paying $150 for a new lock and keys when someone broke into my car and stole them? I thought they would be a little more understanding, especially when Im paying almost $2000 in rent.

The maintenance staff has always been responsive and helpful. I have only had 3 maintenance issues in which I reached out to Windsor, and all three were quickly and effectively resolved. I appreciate the workers, as they are kind and respectful.
