We love the location. Community amenities like the roof deck and pool are great - amazing views over one of the only proper city parks in LA. Very pet friendly building (we have a dog). Only complaint is that other residents allow their dogs to use the main entrance area as a toilet - rather than walking 30 seconds to the designated areas on Olympic & Grand.

Great apartments with a great team of leasing agents working that will literally know your name after the first time you meet them. The apartments have good features and they are taken good care of. The pool deck and lobby have been renovated while Ive lived here and they are great now, a great place to grill up a dinner with friends and hot tub with a great skyline view of downtown.

Elevators sucks, guest parking and laundry is too expensive, laundry is messy....... I dont recommend this apartment. Also, security peple are changed a lot, so I feel like unsafe. Sometimes, security people were gone to somewhere, so they do not work.

Zero rating if I could!! Worst management- they are just trying to rip off with fees and strict leasing rules. When it comes to leasing policy they will show you all laws and leasing document but when it comes to giving service- they DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING- I have been at this place for a year and half - the elevator stays broken FOREVER!! They promise all fancy stuff in the beginning and then nothing stays as promised- with the new manager- Denae- things have gotten worse- dirty place, lack of customer service sense and crazy inflexible policies to just take more money from the renter. The intercom had been broken for over year now which is such a big inconvenience to guests, entire place smells like dog urine, the pool is always dirty, for over a month the parking structure was filled with sewage water dripping over the head. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE- find other apartments in downtown but not this one. Lease extension policy is made in a way to charge extra fees to the renter and absolute no sense of customer service with management staff.

this is a good apartment and they have quick response to every request...................................................so I want to recomment this apartment to my friends!!!!!!!! this is so so so amazing apartment except shared laundry
