This is by far the worst place I have lived in Downtown. Front door smells to dog urine and they NEVER clean it. Building materials are of the lowest quality possible. Pool is DISGUSTING. Gym is tiny and depressing. Amenities in the apartments are dated. Closet is small and not practical. My tub started to fall to pieces, UNACCEPTABLE. Multiple indentations on the floor. Elevators are most of the times dirty. The smell in the aisles of every floor can’t be worse, specially near to the trash shut. For what you pay in this property yo can get a much better place in Downtown. I can’t see the day my lease ends and I can get out of this place.

Maintenance is great and the staff are friendly. New to the Dtla area and can't wait until the city opens back up so I can explore. I love the park view and the city lights. This place is really great. Worth the move

This is definitely my top 5 apartments I’m interested in. Great location, close to the interstate. I looked at a 15th floor and the views are amazing. The parking garage is nicely lit and not scary to park.

The complex has a great location and building is generally maintained well except for the main entrance. There is a constant smell of urine by the front door that has yet to be taken care of. You can see yellow stains in the grout and any given day a fresh stream of urine. Management is very harsh and combative especially ------. When attempting to rent the apartment I was given a very hard time by her making what is typically an exciting moment one that left me second guessing if I want to live here. I proceeded and regret not listening to my instinct. So far every encounter with ------ has been negative. I don't understand how she doesn't have a shred of hospitality or niceness towards residents who effectively pay her salary. Most residents in the building do complain about her frequently amongst ourselves and she is the main reason some have moved out.

I stopped by on Thursday for a tour. I was unable to tour because I forgot my ID at home. I spoke to the associate Dennee and she was really informative. Although I couldn't see the place I know that she was knowledgeable. She give me a list of all the available homes. While we chatted I saw the maintenance team running around power washing and cleaning the place. They were also washing the Windows when I walked in . I like to see a complex getting the upkeep it needs. Certainly coming back to tour.

It is good but it definitely could be better. Like for example the apartments could be cleaner and more kept up. There could be higher quality items in the apartments as well. Also the leasing process could be a lot better and give you more than 24 hours to complete everything.

The community overall is ok, dogs can pee in the doors so the smell when you walk out is terrible, and maintenance is really irregular and anybody takes the responsibility. they should clean outdoors more often and the parking exit is really slippery when it rains so sometime cars just get stocked there.

Renaissance Tower is excellently located within the heart of Downtown Los Angeles/South Park. Grand Hope Park is beautiful, well-maintained, and serves as an excellent backyard. The Rooftop Pool/Hot Tub/Community Areas are huge perks!

This community is beautifully designed. It is a pleasant place with thick walls that resist sound transfer. There are great resources here that add to the beauty and convenience of living here. We are pleased with the friendly neighbors and staff. The pet policy is great. We enjoy seeing happy animals every day.
