I’ve enjoyed living at the Shrine this past year. Close to USC campus and cute apartments. Maintenance is always quick to fix anything and super friendly staff! They also put on fun events for residents

Do not live at Shrine. It is highly overpriced for what you actually get. The walls are paper thing you can hear everything above you and to the sides of you. Maintenance is awful. They came to fix a problem and ruined five other things in the process. There is so much theft at Shrine -- my locked bike got stolen that was parked inside of the gate and apartments get robbed. There is almost no security. The lady who runs the office is terrible I don't even have words for how bad the customer service is. Do not do it. It is awful and I highly regret living here. Many others who I have talked to feel the same way.

I loved living here despite there being unhealthy mold, water issues, and appliances that were never fixed. It felt like home and I liked the staff and community. I was placed with the wrong roommates one year though and had a terrible experience. The rest of the time was great.

I decided this apartment when I was in Japan. So, I looked at only web-pages which are much better than actual apartment. This apartment is too old and kitchen devices are also very old. But, the rental cost is very high. By the cost, I can rent better place in downtown la. Since I have a 1 year contract, I will move to another place after the expiration.

Pretty good... the residents can be obnoxious sometimes, but it's mostly college housing so that's pretty understandable. Some parts of our apartment are lopsided too... it could have been constructed better. Our fridge doesn't close properly either.
