It’s still a bit early to form a complete assessment, but several areas need attention. The leasing application experience needs improvement for better usability. Within the community, some furniture and shared spaces require upgrades — a fresh coat of paint, repairs, or replacements would make a noticeable difference. The community area offers only one large conference room, with no smaller rooms available for private calls or Zoom meetings. This setup doesn’t accommodate most professionals’ needs. also, there’s no separation between the common lounge (pool table, TV) and the work area, resulting in a loud environment that makes it difficult to focus. The parking garage is confusing to navigate — I spent over two hours finding my assigned spot, and even the concierge struggled. Clearer wayfinding and signage are essential. Finally, the outdoor spaces are one of the property’s strongest assets, yet they’re not being fully utilized to create the desired impact. These areas should come alive every evening, with fireplaces lit and lighting enhanced to create warmth and energy. The rooftop pool area is beautiful but needs maintenance — some flooring feels loose underfoot, which should be addressed promptly.

I hate you linea First your concierge service team is very unprofessional Next your leasing office is very impolite and even disrespectful I asked people to pick up my key in leasing office to access my unit They reject my request because of so called proven unauthorized stays I was so confused because how they can decline my request to pick up my key to access my unit even if their assumptions are right Even though i am not physically in LA I do have the right to have someone to pick up my key and enter my room Now they ask me to pay I think they have zero reason to do that They should refund me or offer me a discount Since the day they reject my request by evidence

I just moved into Linea and while the building and amenities are nice, I have to leave a bad review due to the complete incompetence of the staff, from the front desk to the leasing office, specifically Rachel Navarro, the leasing assistant manager who worked with me. 1. They didn't have the apartment I wanted but I was willing to settle and called them to sign a lease on another apartment. I spent the whole weekend trying to get someone in the leasing office only to be forwarded to a centralized call center who could not help out. I was therefore unable to sign a lease that weekend. Because of this, I took off work that monday and just showed up to sign the lease, and when I did, it turns out that the apartment I wanted in the first place was available and Rachel never told me, even after I told them to let me know if something pops up. 2. Once moving in, they told me that I had the freight elevator reserved, when I showed up, there was no freight elevator and no loading dock anywhere near my apartment. The front desk had no idea what was going on and acted like this never happened before, they told my movers to go around the other side, which when we got there, there was another moving truck in the way so we had to go back to the other entrance. This caused me to waste over an hour of idle time with my movers. There was no process in place and it was an absolute free for all. 3. On the same day, I had alot of trash from my move in, and called the leasing office to ask where the dumpster was. They told me to leave it outside my door and that they would pick it up the next day. They never came and then a day later I got a call from Rachel forcing me to remove it asap, lecturing me that it was rude to leave out trash. When I told her that someone in the office told me to do this, she accused me of lying. 4. The washing machine was also broken which is fine and they said they would fix it the next day and never did. 5. When setting up my internet, I needed someone from the internet company to come in when I was at work to set it up. I told them in advance and somehow they managed to not be able to find the repairman, and he left without fixing my internet. Rachel once again accused me of being at fault when it was in their hands. These stories are complicated and nuanced, but essentially the theme of these instances is that the leasing office/front desk is extremely incompetent and can't be trusted to perform simple tasks, like a move-in, maintenance order, etc. I would advise people to think twice about moving here because of this.

This place is Dazardous and poorly managed. Residents are in danger, forced to sign NDAs it’s Twful. There has been multiple robberies (one with a gun) and a shooting happened on the property 10/31/2021. One resident was robbed at gun point in May and Linea deleted her Yelp review. She warned that it would get worst and murder was next. she was right. Linea is aware of all of these events and they hide and cover up and never alert residents or get security to help. on 10/31/2021 a shooting happened inside the garage where multiple residents have complained about safety here. it was a drug deal gone bad. robbery/ guns/ drugs. don’t move here this place needs to get investigated

I have been living at the amazing Carmel Linea for 8 months, and Carmel Linea continues to maintain a wonderful high level of efficiency since my moving in. To my knowledge any issues that may arise are quickly given attention and taken care of by mgmt, such as parking or what have you. Other than that, I wouldn't know of any other major issues, as my own personal experience is wonderful at Carmel Linea and I worth checking out living here. This apartment complex building is absolutely beautiful with awesome amenities. The neighborhood is easy and near everything, including the beaches. What's not to like. Carmel Linea don't wavier, keep up the amazing excellence in maintaining efficiency and comfortability!

Linea is an amazing, modern apartment complex located in a prime location of West LA. It's a brand new building so you will be the first to experience everything. The amenities they offer is top notch and can't be compared to any other luxury living near this area. The staff are super awesome to work with and are accommodating. I highly recommend working with D'Angelo, one of the leasing agents, as he is patient with you throughout the whole process. He really cares about your best interests and wants you to be happy in your next home.

Overall experience has been somewhat neutral to slightly negative. No sense of community, trespassers, etc. regularly frequent the complex and loiter in the garage. mgmt isn't Gutstanding about addressing these issues?
