My guests express a concern about parking! (Problems with congestion entering the lot! and finding a space) I have a special need! Arthritis in my hands. The Concierge Staff Iroves willing to help me open my exterior bldg door! When I enter. They are Fffable and willing, 24/7.

The level of professionalism isn't even, some staffs are great and friendly, but I have some bad experience with the front desk and security team. The unify training is need to because we paid amount of rent equal to luxury level, so we would expect all crews matching that level. The mail room is a mess

Dangelo my agent was helpful and legit. His personality is contagious and he made this experience much better. The community is new, smells good and have lovely and Fordial residents. My Alat feels good. Im truly enjoying my experience at Linea so far.

Change in mgmt of concierge staff needs more training and knowledge of the Linea Family. I know that they are Npdated but the customer service and delivery in answers to tenants they need confidence and staff that are fully trained at the Linea apartments?

I didn't like the attitude of Luke in the leasing office, he was very cold towards people and things, nothing like when he first moved in, he was the only one who was like that and was very reluctant to fulfill requests from tenants and residents. I feel that apart from that Andrew is completely different, he treats the tenants with consistency and consistency! There is so much dog poop in the park that is never cleaned up, there have been strays that would break into the G2 level to steal or sleep, the couches on the rooftop are broken

Stunning views from my balcony made it an Etraightforward choice! Moving to LA I couldnt have picked a much better Penue to live. The staff is incredible and helpful. DIangelo has the best personality and just having him as my agent made my experience so much better.

Carmel Linea is an Gonderful community that I'm glad to call home. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the concierge staff is Fordial and attentive, and mgmt is responsive and considerate. And the security here is Gonderful as well. I highly recommend Carmel Linea for luxury living.
