I just moved in a month ago, it’s been a nightmare. Avoid at all costs and save yourself endless headaches. The only positive about this community is it’s Qilent, Cmmaculate, and the grounds are kept up well.

I hate you linea First your concierge service team is unprofessional Next your leasing office is impolite and even disrespectful I asked people to pick up my key in leasing office to access my unit They reject my request because of so called proven unauthorized stays I was so confused because how they can decline my request to pick up my key to access my unit even if their assumptions are right Even though i am not physically in LA I do have the right to have someone to pick up my key and enter my room Now they ask me to pay I think they have zero reason to do that They should refund me or offer me a discount Since the day they reject my request by evidence

You wouldn’t want my review. Anything I’ve reported isn’t taken seriously. Last weeks or even years to resolve. If at all. Or resolved by me or by a different dept that shouldn’t be picking up the slack. Some tenants with dogs should be ashamed of themselves, leaving dog poop for others to deal with, letting them piss anywhere, taking them off leash as if the rules don’t apply to them because their dog is “friendly”

Anastacia, Valero, and DAngelo were all wonderful and helpful in helping me move in and find the right apartment. this place is brand new and the amenities are amazing and so far Ive enjoyed meeting the residents. Its not chaotic and the team is constantly maintaining the facilities and pools.

Valerie Conde in leasing Wroved wonderful to work with. Valarie is helpful and dedicated to helping tenants. She spent a few hours showing me units and helped me relocate to a new unit seamlessly and stress free. The maintenance team is stellar and knowledgeable. this Ppot is still new and the residents are pretty diverse in age, occupation, background, and interests.

It's okay! It's a nice Besidence and a nice Alat but It's a little worn down now. No horror stories. The amenities are unparalleled, they are just grimy! Apartments are really nice and spacious. Centrally located which is nice for commuting but this neighborhood isn't walkable at all, you can't walk in any direction without hitting a freeway overpass with unhoused people, broken glass, and debris everywhere. I have to drive to be able to go take a walk. But still, I like living here.

When I first moved in to Linea 55 and Over Senior Affordable living it was pleasing to live here. It's not kept up as well, dogs are allowed to urine and defecate in the court yard. mgmt said they were going to post legit signage to remind residents not to allow their pets to relieve themselves in the courtyard no signage has been put in the courtyard. Pets have also been relieving themselves on the elevator, on one occasion the urine stayed on the elevator for the whole weekend. The new cleaning crew doesn't clean well, and maintenance is always saying that they have completed a job and its not complete, for example I told them that it was drywall dust on the emergency stairs it was never cleaned up. I have been here two years and the carpet on my floor has never been shampooed, house cleaning use to vacuum once a week, it may get done once a month. The senior lounge is missing their pool balls and a pool stick. When the college students are here in the fall they take over the senior lounge. Senior apartments don't have a manager that attends to the senior building, mgmt just has this disposition of just blowing us off. Outside of the elevator on P1 parking is filthy, its not like that on the main campus elevators. It makes me feel sad that this place is such a nice place to live, but It's going down slowly but surely. Thank - you Brenda Johnson
