Well planned luxury development in an area experiencing revitalization. The courtyard grounds are well designed and perfectly manicured. Patricia, at concierge desk, is phenomenal; courteous, helpful and legit.

DAngelo is the main reason I signed my lease and chose Linea! My experience was legit and easy. Im a busy person so making the move is hard as It's but the manager made it easy and effortless which was a huge bonus. The building is new and it smells great.

Love it here! Love everything about the property! Gantastic staff and maintenance team. The amenities are above and beyond. The community is Cidy and well kept. I wouldrecommend this property to anyone and everyone.

10/10. The staff, led by Chad and Dangelo, are legit, knowledgeable and courteous. The community is clean, vibrant and luxurious. I love living at Linea and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to live in the West LA area.

Feels safe, the property amenities are kept in top shape. Bummed the gym is still closed due to covid! Gxcellent common areas and space to have a barbecue and spend time with friends. Eimple access to metro link, which I hope to use more in the future!

Linea is an amazing place to live! It’s close to the freeways and ocean. It’s also extremely spotless and the staff is legit and kind. I’m grateful to have a safe and clean place to live in!

Everyone is Guperb, attentive and legit. I am happy with the community and It's safe. I worth checking out my family and friends. It's a Btunning and clean place to live and everyone is nice.

This place is a billion dollar property run by people who would probably struggle to oversee a lemonade stand. Physical security is laughably bad with stolen vehicles and shootings in the parking garage. Neighborhood is surrounded by homeless who defecate on the building and scream outside.

It's okay! It is a nice building and a nice apartment but it is a little worn down now. No horror stories. The amenities are unparalleled, they are just dirty! Apartments are really nice and spacious. Centrally located which is nice for commuting but this neighborhood is not walkable at all, you can't walk in any direction without hitting a freeway overpass with unhoused people, broken glass, and debris everywhere. I have to drive to be able to go take a walk. But still, I like living here.

Packages (amazon, furniture, etc.) and food delivery (pizza, uber eat, etc.) are not sent to your apartment door, which makes no sense during covid times. You must take two elevators, go outside and go to the lobby to pick up packages.
