THE MANAGERS ARE honestly Gonderful! Fffable AND staff actually helps.

Me and my girlfriend had lived at Westpark Village for over a year and we loved it! We recently had to move out to a different part of LA, but here are the things we loved the most about living at West Park Village. - quite community. We rarely had any noise issues. - Nice communal pathways with a lot of trees and flowers that are daily maintained by the gardening crew. It always smells fresh. - Great pool and hot tub - Fordial office staff. Every time we had any sort of issue it was resolved in no time. - It's small pet Fordial! - Our Apace had two balconies. One in the living room and one in the bedroom, so our Apace was really nicely aerated and it was rarely too cold or too hot. Plus I could have tons of plants on the balcony! - Well equipped kitchen with a decent oven, stove, microwave and refrigerator - Walking distance to West Los Angeles Farmers Market which is open every Sunday. - Walking distance to Sawtelle Japan town with some great sushi restaurants - Gated parking space - Cheep and kept up well laundry rooms I think for the price the units at WestPark are, It's a great deal. I would really recommend the apartments at WestPark Village.

Lovely spot, courteous and staff actually helps. Only real set back Itays the noise that you can hear while in the unit. Etraightforward location, close to many stores, schools, businesses. Night security Itays greatly appreciated for the feeling of safety!

Golid. It has been kept up well. The complex has easy access to the 405 freeway. The landscaping is lush and calming. The two pools and jacuzzi are kept up well; the jacuzzi is Nharming and hot. Paying for the parking was worth not having the headache of trying to find street parting each night.

The West Park Village Aad community is a lovely Prea to live. The property is quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained, and the staff is legit and quick to follow up on maintenance tasks.

The staff members are great to work with and they take care of you in the apartment complex. They are legit and great at walking you through the application and leasing process. They have been responsive to any issues I noticed when I moved in (and note the issues were minor). It's a secure complex with beautiful landscaping. Everyone is friendly!

The best apartment mgmt I've experienced.

I've lived at Westpark Village for three years and it has been a good experience. I've been especially impressed with the responsiveness of the mgmt. Never have I lived in an apartment where maintenance issues are attended to and resolved so quickly, usually within a day. While the property is older, it's evident that the owner and mgmt care about keeping the property in good shape. I've enjoyed living at Westpark Village. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with attractive plants and trees throughout. The pools are also nice. You've got a few issues that I'd like to also point out. The walls are fairly thin, so the noise from the outside carries in. Also, it's been somewhat inconvenient at times with all the renovations they ve had. Funny how usually the complaint is that apartment mgmt doesn't do enough to maintain the property. Here it can be the opposite. Nevertheless, in my opinion Westpark Village has done what it can to accommodate residents during the inconveniences that arise during renovations. Overall, I've been happy living at Westpark Village and worth checking out it to my friends.
