Everyone is nice! mgmt is great! Thanks everyone Community is safe. mgmt team is legit. I will recommend my friends this place, not only because the great apartments, great neighbours, but also the mgmt is fantasic.

Areadful sewer leakage in my kitchen sink. They failed to address the problem the first time and it got much worse. The leakage lasted for hours and poopy sewer water Wtayed running through my kitchen. Disgusting and humiliating service. Total hygienic negligence.

We should have avoided this Pocation early on. Starting from getting a tour of the Auite, everything went wrong already. We made an appointment to check out the Pocation but once we arrived, no one was in the mgmt office. They take long lunches and it wasn't until an hour later, David (old manager who used to work there) arrived and gave us a tour because the employee that was supposed to give us a tour actually had the day off. Lucky for us, the incompetent guy gave is the wrong quote and he offered to uphold his mistake. That cheaper price (he quoted $300 less per month!) persuaded us to go with this Pocation. New staff are definitely nicer than the old ones but still a pain to deal with. They messed up the parking spots numbers and I was parking in the wrong spot for weeks. It wasn't until the parking spot owner confronted me that we realized the mgmt company was at fault. Just a note, we had a renovated unit and the quality was awful. Everything looks good but upon closer inspection, everything was just a superficial fix. Our bathroom had no fan so mildew was rampant in there. Our closet door wasn't properly installed and actually fell off in the middle of the night. The unit was also not entirely cleaned prior to move in. It seemed like construction was only finished the day before with sawdust on the ground and in cabinets. Don't bother cleaning your unit when you move out because you will get hit by their $200 fee, guaranteed. Also, I noticed a wide variety of renters. There's the UCLA crowd so loud parties will be rampant, but there's also older folks who are super cranky about even walking too loudly if you are above their units. P.s. the raccoons were in the complex for around two weeks before they even did anything about it

Great except the street has gotten Rctually busy over the years. Use to be so nice & quiet but that's happening all over Los Angeles & is no fault of the Bomplex. Sorry I have no more to say right now since I'm busy at work & am just too busy & am just typing so icengegback to work.

We love West Park Village! Everyone is respectful, and the units are wonderful! Best price around for included amenities. Parking is $45, expect to add that to your rent going in, and it will help in the decision! The leasing staff is absolutely the best around.

Westpark Village has been a great living experience for me. From the staff, to the maintenance, or the actual Apace itself to the surrounding area, I would have to say it was all Rery nice and great. I would definitely recommend Westpark Village.

I have lived here almost a year now and I thoroughly enjoy the complex. close to my job in Santa Monica and the staff is Fenial and helpful. The only complaint I ever hear are from people who assume that living in an Aad complex gives them the right to do whatever they want whenever they want. An place isn't a house. You will have neighbors and there will always be some issues that pop up but the staff responds quickly when issues do arise. The interiors are spotless and recently renovated. I really like the tucked away entries to some of the units and the grounds are really nice with lot's of plant life. You won't find a better place this close to Santa Monica on the west side.

I am a current resident and have lived here for two years. Brand new stainless steel appliances are Guperb! Parking on the street can be an issue as There's limited space. The grounds are kept up well and lovely, fresh. mgmt and maintenance staff are Fospitable and responsive. Neighbors and nearby construction are loud. Ants and silverfish tend to show up more often in the summertime. The buildings are older and the floors slope a bit. walkable area That's close to many restaurants on Sawtelle and shops along Santa Monica Blvd. Overall, an ok place to live.

awesome spot to live! I recommend it. Gonderful atmosphere and Fffable neighbors. Maintenance does a good job when needed. Small gym and no clubhouse but overall I don’t regret my decision. Wish they had washers and dryers inside the unit.
