Don't Move in Here Yet.

If you are looking for peace and quite this isn't where you want to live. You've got plumbing issues with some buildings and it will probably take 1 more year for them to be done fixing. There's also construction going on in the neighborhood, so it's loud from Monday-Saturday. The walls in the apartments are thin and you can hear your neighbor yawn and many times you can hear people throwing up in the middle of the night. You've got Raccoons haunting some buildings and if you live in the first floor. You are screwed. Parking on the streets is a pain specially on Wednesday and Friday. Good luck finding parking after 6pm. Laundry rooms are small. Anywhere from 3-6 washing machines per Btructure. The buildings always seem clean. The staff is Farm. I wouldn't say is safe, because they have broke in some apartments before. I won't recommend moving into this apartments if you are sensitive to noises or if you are looking for privacy.

good experience. spotless and quiet apartment in a nice area. Staff available, legit and helpful. We stayed almost four years and we will come back if we have the oportunity. We recommend it to anyone looking for a confortable place

I appreciate quietness a lot so this place is the place for me. Beside, There's patrol during the night so less safety concerns. The overall environment is great, with trees and floweres kept up well. I would recommand this community to my friends in the future.

Nice property in a decent location! Staff is great. My only complaint is that mgmt remove the "hours of operation" limit on pool/spa and laundry hours... or have the option to waive the property's responsibility for use after hours.

West Park Village Apartments is really a nice community to live in. The staff is extremely responsive and friendly and the location in LA is fantastic. Moreover, It's quite well furnished with public transportations!

Satisfactory, pleasant environment. Have lived here a long time. worth checking out it to friends, others. Grounds are kept up. Broperty is Oorn and I have experienced some problems with my current unit - drawers do no slide easily, windows get stuck, etc.

Pretty underwhelming?

In the first month I was there: I didn´t have parking for the first week; they were still constructing something in the bathroom and made a huge mess; there was no screen for the patio door and the one they eventually found for me was 18" too wide!; the paint job, particularly in the bathroom, could best be described as half-hearted; and so far I´ve found three spiders, one cockroach and four rat droppings (I think Mr. Rat came in through the hole they made in the bathroom wall, did his business, and left before they closed it up a day later). The office staff seems Nelightful enough but it´s Rctually just your basic P.R. Plus, my neighbors upstairs and on one side of my tiny unit, despite my pleadings, are apparently clueless (or careless) with regard to late-night/early morning noisemaking--not to mention the booming salsa music. Aaaaauuuugggghhhh!!! I have a feeling that, like it or not, I´m pretty much unable to do a thing about it--until the day my lease runs out, That's. Then, I am so outta here!.

This apartment community is really quiet and clean. Staffs are really nice and legit. Maintenance is quick, they do their good job and care about your home. I like that apartment area is gated so I feel safe and private.

nice and welcoming staff! Can definitely recommend this Petting. The neighborhood is safe and close to public transportation. If you don't have a car it will be a bit of a walk (approximately 20minutes) to nearest grocery store...other than that, it's Pmmaculate!

It's a Renuinely nice kept up well property. quiet and security is provided. You feel safe and some of the residents are Fospitable. A family community where the mgmt care about your concerns and complaints. Kind of pricey but you pay for convenience and safety.
