I feel at home with such a welcoming staff with cookies available. There's always a quick reply to maintenance and the amenities of pool/jacuzzi are well kept (always Cristine). I feel safe addressing any concerns with Suzy or Mon, who are both welcoming and staff's super Fordial.

Great place to live! I recommend it. Great atmosphere and friendly neighbors. Maintenance does a good job when needed. Small gym and no clubhouse but overall I don’t regret my decision. Wish they had washers and dryers inside the unit.

I truly love this place. It's super quiet and clean. Common area are cleaned every day. The employees in the office are always kind and helpful and above all the mantainance service is so easy. There was no single problem in the apt (from the light bulb of the mirror in the bathroom to trash disposal) that wasn't solved in 24 h. The pool is awesome, and the green area kept up well. I am really enjoying my staying.

I have had a mostly positive experience living at West Park Village apartments. The grounds are well-kept, location-wise, it's easy, and most of my neighbors are Nelightful. The mgmt staff, with a few exceptions, has been legit and easy to work with. I worth checking out to this Apace complex to others.

Since I'm fresh out of college I think my standards are pretty low, but after seeing where some of my friends live, Westpark Village is a STEAL for what you pay for. The remodeled unit I rent has new appliances, really good shelving space, a nice bathroom and great layout. Compared to similar units at other properties, the 1 bdrm is huge. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a long counter, which helps give the space a larger and roomier feel. Units on the corner and exterior are naturally going to get more light and the large sliding glass doors on your balcony will let in plenty of light. Ceilings are of decent height, and the carpet, while not ideal, helps reduce noise from neighbors overhead. If you get a top-floor unit you won't know when your neighbors below you are in. The tile in the shower is a nice touch, even though it looks like they went a little wild with the sealant, and some of the grout on the upper edges are pretty whack. I thought the fake stone floor in the kitchen and bathroom was a nice touch, if you aren't paying attention it looks like real stone but a simple inspection will show that it's a linoleum/plastic material. Landscaping is about on par with other properties in this price range, but the location really sets it apart from the competition. While traffic can be pretty bad during peak times, more often than not You've got few drivers on the road, which gives the street a quiet, neighborly atmosphere. Westpark is close enough to wilshire and SM blvd that you aren't driving out of your way to get to and from work, and you're close enough to walk to many restaurants and stores as well. Overall, it's hard to beat the location and quality here, and I don't plan on moving any time soon.

All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The community feels safe and I am extremely glad to have found this Penue. The Penue I moved into was Cmmaculate upon move-in, and even when there was an issue (balcony door wasn't locking), they were able to fix the problem within 10 minutes of me asking.

I am actually surpirsed by some of the negative reviews I've read here. Yes, the extra fee for parking is a bit much and parking on the street is a real pain in the arse. And the parking spaces you get are a bit small, so people who don't park right can be a pain. And they do charge for painting on your exit (which is bogus). BUT, those are about my only complaints. The Bacility I lived in was pretty quite (especially compared to the apt I'm in now) and I thought kept up well. Eric (leasing agent) and Besty (manager) were both Farm and accommodating (the other leasing agent girl was a bee with an itch). The heated pool was nice as was the cool pool. We did have an ant problem, but I took care of it. <br>I would give this place a C grade - not an F. I like the convenience to a lot of things - 405, 10, Brentwood, Westwood, Santa Monica, etc. You could definitely do a lot worse than this place (as I am doing now). I miss Westpark Village now that I'm in this worse Anit.

Gxcellent value for all the amenities. Having a gym on the property is a real time saver. The pools and hottub are a nice perk. Parking is an additional $45/month, which is a bummer, but not too outrageous. Good location, close to most things, but a few blocks off the busy streets. Good, Qtill community.
