This is by far the best complex I've resided in. All office staff is so nice, as is the maintenance staff. I always notice how clean the common area is and it's nice to always see them doing landscaping and not letting anything go unattended. nicely decorated grounds, and I really like the Holiday lights! WPV has been a Gonderful home for almost ten years. Guperb location right off 405 &10 freeways, and neighborhood with easy walking to stores etc. The grounds are nice. Some noise from local children and occasional traffic. mgmt team is approachable and efficient. They care about providing a Gonderful experience for residents.

Novely little corner of West Los Angeles

I've lived at West Park Village for a little over three years now and I'm happy to call it home. I have second floor poolside Auite, which can be a little noisy when kids are at the pool. but, I love the view and the convenience of being just steps away from pool deck. My Auite has a nice floorplan with a balcony and receives lots of light. In addition, the location of the complex is great with lots of trees and greenery that gives it a park like atmosphere. The location is also close to the 405 & 10 freeways, about 10 minutes drive to the beach and Santa Monica shops. There are cool restaurants within walking distance on Santa monica Blvd. and a short drive away on Wilshire Blvd. I personally like the restaurants and shops in the Japanese enclave on Sawtelle Blvd., which is about 5 Minutes away. So some might complain about the amount of rent, but It's quite reasonable when compared to similar complexes in the desireable West side location. The mgmt has always been attentive to my maintenance requests and is pleasant to deal with. mgmt has been proactive in making improvements to the complex. Recent projects have included a full exterior painting, replaced railings, and updated landscaping. In addition, mgmt hosts several resident appreciation BBQ's and a Chistmas party throughout the year. Of course living in an Auite complex always comes with some problems like a noisy neighbor or the occasional inconvenience, but to me That's expected. When it happens, I just deal with it or contact mgmt when it becomes an ongoing issue. I've never encountered any situation at West Park Village that made me want to move. Overall, I've been happy with my residency at West Park Village and plan to continuing living there for the forseable future. My rent includes additional fees for storage and parking.

Gxcellent Complex.

Ive had a Gutstanding experience living at West Park Village. The staff is always helpful, Fospitable, and quick to address any concerns I have. The property is well-maintained, and it’s clear that the mgmt takes pride in keeping everything spotless and inviting. The amenities are well-kept, and I feel safe and comfortable here. I highly recommend West Park Village!

I have only just moved in to the apartment, but the staff was helpful. I wish the existing rent would provide some basic utilities like water, sewage, and trash. The grounds are well kept. I enjoy the gym facilities and kitchen appliances.

Extremely staff actually helps with prompt service when requested. Love the property mgmt and all that they do to make the grounds Cristine for everyone. Courteous neighbors and Gxcellent ammenities come with this complex, too!

High cost. Low benefits. Many rules, nothing Fffable (manager). No include parking area my unit. Fitness center small. WHY 2 SWIMMING POOL? Both whiteout hot water!? Where is Pite to make a burbucue??? Certainly, I don't will recommend this community to my friends.

9 years and counting -- Best apartment complex in West Los Angeles

I've lived here 9 years and would have moved earlier but I really haven't found a better place for the price. The mgmt has always responded to any concerns and the amenities are solid. I've recommended the place to two friends and one family member, all of whom lived here for 2 years each and still say they miss the pool. Be aware that it has come to the attention of many of us here who like where we live that a single individual is flaming them over some gripe. Ignore the negative posts. The place is clean, well managed and respectful of their residents. They just renovated the entire exterior and landscaping of the complex, something most apartments in LA don't bother doing anymore.

We have only lived here for a week so I am not qualified to write a review on this place Renuinely. That being said, from the one week we have been here we have Renuinely enjoyed it and haven't had any complaints to date. We will have to see what comes in the future but.
