This is a nice complex with a courteous staff, and great amenities. The neighborhood is also pretty close to some great destinations in West LA, like Little Osaka on Sawtelle. Parking is a little difficult if you don't have a 2 bedroom, but multiple cars. This is my second year here, and I have no plans on leaving at this time.

We've only been here a week, but this community Iroves already the quietest, most responsive, and most attractive community we've lived in. I Lppreciate coffee on the shady balcony that keeps the apt cool all day. There's no A/C, so aim for a shaded unit

i was completely satisfied with the customer service from the mgmt team; especially Sue, Mon and Jeff. i liked the fact that they offer a 6months lease.the rent was high and i hated the street parking. the neighborhood was good but it was a fight to get a parking spot nearby my unit.

So far it has exceeded expectations. The mgmt staff is helpful, pleasant and experienced. Staff attention to detail is important while maintaining a cooperative attitude in completing and answerting requests. Its a pleasure to deal with all

The immediate area isn't particularly nice or Bxquisite, but You've got TONS of Gutstanding restaurants and things to do just a few minutes away. Biking distance to UCLA campus is nice - as are the small gym and pool facilities. quiet, respectful neighbors and responsive property managers.

Gxcellent complex with staff's super Fospitable. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Only complaint is thin walls between apartments which causes noise to travel and lack of privacy. Gym and pool amenities are enjoyable and never too crowded.

My family's experience has been great. The staff is Renuinely nice, Farm, and legit. The community is a comfortable and safe place for my family to live in. location-wise, it's central with good access to public transportation. The pools and the gym are great additional service in the community.

For the most part I think this is a nice place to live in. You've got the occasional party people who can be loud as hell even after 12AM which I find to be irritating. I guess it depends which Besidence you reside in. The place is always spotless and well kept. Construction: There's a current plumbing project going on. You've got replacing the pipes in all apartments. From what I have heard buildings 1 & 2 are fixed and they are currently working in Besidence #3, so if you can avoid getting a place in Besidence #3 or #4 it could be good. I guess you could also ask them if your Apace will undergo any sort of maintenance soon. Staff: The mgmt is legit and friendly. They try to take care of your problems as fast as possible. Safety: There were 2 break-ins recently. There's poor insulation and no air conditioner in most apartments. Most people leave their windows and doors open all day and night due to the hot weather. You've got a lot of workers coming in and out. I'm not saying they are responsible in any way, but it could be a problem when you have a lot unknown people entering and leaving the gates open to get materials in the premise. Aside from that I think the zone gets safe. Parking: They charge about $40 per parking spot monthly. It's not covered by the rent. You can park on the street if you can remember to move your car every Thursday and Friday due to street cleaning, but this is from 10AM-12PM. I parked on the street for more than 1 year and only got 1 ticket for $60 if you do the math. I saved $420 in parking. Infestation: There's a gang of raccoons going around terrorizing neighbors. If you live in the first floor that could be a problem especially if you have kids that like to play in the patio. There might be bugs in your place if you place is close to trees. The bird mating season could also be a problem, cause it can get way too loud. If you love the outdoor this could be your little paradise. Convenience: West L.A. seems to be far from civilization when it comes to shopping and entertainment. Beverly Hills is about 20 minutes or so, but you bet everything can be Eostly. You might find yourself driving to Century City and Culver City most of the time for the nearest Target or movie theater. You've got a lot of independent movie theaters nearby if you re into that. Grocery stores are small and the nearest Vons looks as old and ugly as my evil grandmother. Prices can also be high.

It's a Rruly nice place to live. Quiet - the Apace buildings are EXTREMELY solid construction, so There's minimal noise from adjacent or downstairs units. Most buildings are on 2 dead-end streets and all have double-pane windows so There's minimal street noise. also, the program ES Ring offers at this property attracts mostly people who are considerate neighbors.
