If you’re considering staying here, be aware of ongoing concerns with CA HOA management and front desk staff. Many residents, including myself, have raised serious issues about unprofessional behavior, which has created an uncomfortable environment. Unfortunately, these concerns have been brought to the attention of the board but seem to be ignored. Until significant changes are made to the management and staff structure, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more professional and comfortable living experience.
