The garage is malfunctioning and closed on the roof of my RANGE ROVER. THEY TOLD ME TO GO THROUGH MY OWN INSURANCE. Now I have to file a police report in order to get accountability for the malfunctioning garage. There’s a huge puddle of water inside my front door whenever it rains. I’ve lived here for a year. Lobby intercom has never worked. Ever. Every month, they say the new one will be installed next month. They overcharged me for rent for the first month, I asked for a breakdown for months. Nothing. Worst customer service. They treat the manager Jasmine, like a puppet middle man that really can’t help you with a thing besides showing you the apartment. Will post pics in an update. Jasmine and Pedro are nice and not the problem.

It says in the lease no smoking building but if you complain and provide proof management does nothing. Very unhealthy atmosphere. You are much better going to a building that actually cares about tenants health and not just collecting a rent check.

Terrible management. Misled me into believing that I would be approved and then denied me after spending a 100$ in application fees which they refused to refund. Constantly reassured me that as long as I complied with their requests that I would get the unit before giving up and turning to other applicants leaving me with very little time to find a new place. Dropped our application because my employer wouldn’t respond immediately, and began accepting other applicants after one day of attempting contact, despite me providing offer letters for two different jobs both of which satisfied the income requirement. I was overqualified for both income and credit requirements and provided every last inch of substantial evidence and they still turned their head. Supposedly referred my application to two other units of which I have heard nothing from. Not to mention the units are insanely overpriced and trashy. Don’t waste your time here. They do not care and are simply are out for your money.

Living here has been REALLY WONDERFUL!!! Great maintenance, hard working manager, nice modern renovations, stylish carpeting, spacious units, good light and view. NEVER had to wait to use a laundry machine as there is laundry (and there are also garbage chutes) on every floor. Walking distance to most things you need.

The maintenance crew are the only positive thing in this building. They're great & very helpful. The alleged on-site manager is NEVER in the office. There are loud parties on the weekends that last till all hours. Partiers congregate in the courtyard and get really loud. It echoes. You can hear every word & guffaw even with you windows closed. You hear dogs barking and kids crying constantly. Transients hang out in front of the building, smokjng pot & taking dumps on the walls. They get into the building as well. Don't leave your apartment without a weapon of some kind- it may save your life. Kids play (loudly) on the cat walks. The apartments look nice on the inside but the materials are cheap & shoddy. Everything falls apart quickly. NOT worth the money. I'll be moving as soon as my lease is up. That's another bad sign- lots od turnover in the neighbors. LOTS.

Love this complex. Very spacious apartments. Clean building!!! I've lived in this building for 3 years and work orders are done on a daily basis-Maintenance is never a problem. Staff is very professional and helpful. I feel very safe in this building! Cars have been vandalized because people leave valuable items visible inside their cars.

I've lived in the building for almost six years, and I absolutely love it! Sure, you have to be prepared for a little city noise, it's HOLLYWOOD! But the tenants are all quite nice, noise levels are kept pretty low, and the building is kept very clean, thanks to Lidia, the building manager. I love it even more, now that they've gotten rid of that institutional grey paint on the exteriors and brightened it up. Repairs are always made quickly, the public areas are maintained, and I feel very safe. There is no place I'd rather be in the event of a Zombie Apocalypse :)
