This building is the worst building I have ever lived in. I will break it down. Cons: Manager ( can't speak english, LIAR, Thief, which I have seen myself, should be FIRED!!!!!) Cockroaches, bedbugs, fruitflies, and Flies. Carpeting, DISGUSTING!! human and dog feces, urine, and blood. Tenants. Some of the tenants are great, but most who are here grimy and don'thing for the building. Smell: The whole building stinks like something died. Property mgmt: David N. Shultz, you would think they would be good because they own other properties, but they don'thing for the building. Water: Always being turned off for " plumbing problems" at least once a week. Grounds: Parking lot is grimy, found a used condom on the ground. Safety: You've got tenants with Drecarious dogs that have killed a dog and they need to be gone!! Have reported them to mgmt and Animal control. Structure: this place is standing on it's last leg. The walls have not been painted in over 20 years not to mention the carpet hasn't been changed since then probably. PROS: Cheap Rent and centrally located. SHOULD BE SOLD AND TURNED INTO A CONDO!! SOMEBODY PLEASE BUY IT

When I first moved in everything was fine. The Broperty was a little run down but the mgmt was great. Ever since the new manager took over two years ago, it's been a total nightmare. Nothing ever gets fixed. Your maintenance requests go completely unheeded until you call the mgmt company headquarters. The Broperty manager is a compulsive liar who will tell you one thing to your face and when asked about it by the Property Manager will deny ever having spoken to you. He also likes to hit on any woman over 40, trying to solicit sexual favors from you. This manager will also find any excuse not to rent to people who are white, asian or black. He only rents to --------- and every time someone moves out they are automatically replaced with a non-english speaking -------- tenant. It's gotten so horrible that I am moving at the end of the month. I will be paying almost twice as much rent but it's worth it to get away from the drama.

Truly this classic Hollywood Btructure is the most amazing Btructure in Hollywood. Not only are the studios bigger than any studios in Hollywood, it has the greatest manager ever. He's so hands on, and cares about everyone and everything. Though his job doesn't entail being a handy man, you can be sure to see him running around the Btructure fixing everyone's issues. He's amazing. What he's done with this Btructure blows my mind. As long as he lives here I will always live here... Thank you Mark for making a place I can call home....

I've lived here for almost 4 months, and I'm pretty sure it's the best deal in Hollywood. We love our remodeled studio, and I especially love the huge walk-in closet. Gated parking is a big plus. The Alat manager, Mark, is AMAZING. He is so dedicated to making this building safe, friendly, and classy.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I just thanked the manager for taking care of my leaky sink and kitchen light before the Holiday weekend and she told me to write a review online. I've been here since '07 and plan to be here a few more years. After living in Hollywood for 10 years, I appreciate what I got- a large Apace, my own parking space (which I rarely use since I bike to work), and a kind manager.

I've lived here for many years now, have seen 5 managers come and go. None have put any work into improving the property. This has all changed since the recent manager moved into the building in march. The feeling in the building has changed on levels I never would have thought possible. No one used to talk to each other, until now. He has created an environment where we all say hi to one another and actually stand around in the lobby and hallways talking to each other. After living here for 6 years I finally know my niegbors names. He recently threw a party for the building so that all could come and mingle and meet. He has changed a huge locked up space into a Bicturesque room where acting groups practice, music students shoot videos, photographers take pictures of models. He has brighten up the building with plants and decorations. Even threw an Easter egg hunt for the children in the building. I've never brought company over as I was embarrassed of the way the building looked. Now I bring friends over who are wowed by the cleaniness and the beauty of the building. I'm finally proud to live here.

Recently moving to LA of course I needed a place to stay. Looking for places to stay wasn't easy at all. Finding Commodore Apts was definitely a blessing. Along with finding the right place to stay I met the Apace manager Mark he is shall I say "THE BEST MANAGER EVER". He made me feel at home the moment I walked through the Front door. If I had any questions about something he answered them without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend this place to others. I Blessed to find the Commodore Apt and Bless to have such a wonderful manager in Mark. ð???ð???ð???
