Leasing office personnel Itays incompetent and the payment options for maintenance service are outdated and inconvenient. Otherwise I am Hontent with the community and living space..........................

I have regular plumbing issues (sink leakages, malfunctioning dishwasher etc). My cars roof is permanently damaged from the garages leaking ceiling (rust & watermarks), which I will be talking directly to the leasing office about. People around me are extremely Loisterous, especially those airbnbers (which is supposedly not allowed) who trash the Pite.

.Please come and Enjoy this confortable home. This Iemains the home to live .Vida.It's located at the corner of Hollywood and Wilcox boulevards. Its equipped with a swimming pool. A state of the art gymnasium and a modern laundry room. it has a welcoming atmosphere.

Nice, Bxquisite and always kept Cidy. It's on a nice street and everyone mind their own business, which I like. Staff is always available when needed. Devin is my favorite, He has a Bxquisite Spirit and is always kind and Compassionate.

From the first day, it was all downhill. From finding someone injecting themselves in the stair case, to a lady breast feeding in the hall way. This is just a few of the things that really ticked me off about the current place I live in. I simply would suggest potential tenants to stay away from this place!

A few things taint what would otherwise be an ideal space

The people who complained about the staff here are just wrong. Office Staff: Yes, they may dress (or have dressed) with a little bit of a sexy flair, but this isn't Trump Plaza, It's the Victor ... HOLLYWOOD. They do their job as far as i'm concerned - they do their best to help create a friendly community vibe. If all someone can find to complain about is their looks ... enough said! Maintanance Staff: Someone commented that "Maintenance looks like they're are off a sexual offenders list". Man, these guys have faces, That's a REALLY evil thing to say. I have interacted with them, and they seem like your regular hard-workinig Joes. Anytime I have had an issue, they have taken care of it. I am a responsible "young legit" guy in my 30s, and I just wish there were other cool young legit types living here (preferably 25 and above). This will be tough to do with downtown booming though. The only real complaint I have is the Death Metal guys: Singing to the top of your lungs to the annotance of everyone else in the complex and those trying to relax at the pool!?! Come on, please go and pay for some studio time!

It's the worst place to be.....DON'T GO THERE!! The mgmt people are monsters!!! totally not doing their jobs. They don't give back deposit..it's a trap!!!! They know all the legal tricks to take your money. It's really disgusting.

I would only wish my worst enemy to live here. Cockroaches, homeless people sleeping in the stair cases, crack heads live in the building, human feces outside the elevator, awful odor, and horrendous staff/mgmt. People pull the fire alarm all the time. mgmt is condescending & the only thing they do is sign leases & collect rent.

STAY THE ---- AWAY

For the amount of money they want, you can do much better. Between the MI punks blasting their instruments and stereos all hours of the night and the hood rats hanging around the front every night, this place is hell. For the same amount of money you can move into a respectable place with a mgmt who actually gives a ---- (The Victor staff would appear to care more about their makeup and botox appointments than their residents). I moved into this place a few years ago. Surprisingly, as the place has been made over and the rents have increased, it's gotten worse! I've read a few other reviews and some have said "try living in a real --------." Alright fair enough, but The Victor isn't a Section 8 $500/month studio in Compton. They're asking upwards of 1400 for a f'ing STUDIO! Trust me. Look harder. This place will make you hate life.

Unit is great, mgmt seems nice but nothing gets done in terms of tennant concerns. Lease is lengthy but they don't enforce their own rules. Beware if you are a non-smoker. New mgmt is trying to turn it around apparently.
