Savoy West is a great place to live! Really close to shopping and Hollywood Blvd., but in a very nice neighborhood so it feels like your are away from the downtown chaos. Runyon Canyon is right up the street which is awesome if you love to hike! Debbie, the onsite Manager is very nice and will help you with anything you need The apartment complex is very clean, safe and quiet. Would highly recommend!

I've lived in this building for 14 years for many reasons: great location, secure, quiet neighbors, great managers (Debbie, Bonnie, etc) , great supporting staff (Dan, Miquel, Pedro), gym, pool, whirlpool, laundry on every floor, secure parking, etc. Debbie & the guys are always super-helpful with any need or concern. I would highly recommend this location for a 1-bedroom or studio.

We have recently moved to Savoy West and I cannot say enough about the assistance and support that we received from (the manager) Debbie. She deserves high praises for her attention to detail, follow up and exceptional tenant service. Since we we moving from out of state, we needed all of the help we could get and she made it as easy as possible for us. We are looking forward to a long and enjoyable stay at Savoy West and are thrilled with the location and amenities.

Just moved out of Savoy West after 6 years and I have to say it was bittersweet. It's been a great place to live with outstanding management and onsite handymen. I only wish I could take them with me. Great place to live in a very sought after neighborhood.

Savoy West has been my favorite place to live out of anywhere else! I only moved out because of a work transfer. I had a top floor studio with an incredible view. Debbie has by far been the best manager I have ever had. She's tough but fair, always professional and on top of things. I wish i could've taken her with me. The maintenance staff were spot on and fixed and took care of issues right away. The amenities were great, the swimming pool and jacuzzi, sauna were a welcome home on a rough busy day. Stop your search NOW! Savoy West is the best place you will ever live. The best Manager, the best staff ever. The best community Ever!!!

Great management and beautiful property!

Meh. Decent price and great location, but inside apartments are designed poorly with sparse, teeny windows, and inside facing courtyard units get ABSOLUTELY ZERO(!!!) sunlight and are literally hotel-room dark 24/7/365. Not a comfortable nor relaxing place to live, due to that. Nothing worse than waking up in SoCal and having to turn every light on inside your apartment and having to have them all on all day, trust me on this one. Management was decent, but many things broke and the shoddy quality and dated-ness of everything is easily and readily apparent. Over $1,000 was held from the security deposit when said apartment was left virtually move-in ready upon my move out. I've never in my life been charged nearly $700(!!!) to replace carpet after moving out of an apartment. Usually it's done regardless and the cost isn't passed on to a tenant. Lots of people always were aggressively complaining to mgmt about cost issues among other things when I lived there and now I guess I see why now that I'm gone. If you like sitting in the dark all day long, this place is perfect.

I've lived here for a year now & already signed for another 16mo. & would sign longer... I've read some of these reviews & felt it my responsibility to write my own review since not only are many of the 'bad' reviews WAY OFF (incorrect with many things that were stated) but even some of the comments that were made on some of these reviews are WAY OFF BASE!!!!! This is a GREAT location!!! You're not going to find another place in this area for the price you'll pay to live here (as in it's less $ to live here verus surrounding areas). ALL other properties are higher in rent & you don't get what you do here. (trust me, I've searched!!) They have a pool, jacuzzi, gym & sauna room. The sauna room near the pool is small but works & this building is located right next to Runyon Canyon so, personally, I don't use the gym that much. I never met the other manager so I would disregard whatever was said when she was here. Debbie is the manager now & is very professional, on top of everything & will help out in any way she can. The neighbors are friendly & quiet...this building is not a 'party' building & although there's a great age range of people here it's never too loud. I moved here from NY & NEVER came to look at this place in person (NOT something I normally will do) & Debbie was so amazing to work with I trusted her & moved here & I have no regrets! She explained this place as "comfy cozy but not glitzy glam" & that's the PERFECT description for this place. You can lay out by the pool or jacuzzi & it's so calm/peaceful & the landscaping is beautiful. You can walk out the front door & across the street & you're right at Runyon Canyon's entrance or down a block & you're at the grocery store at the corner of Fuller & Sunset Blvd. Hollywood blvd. is steps away as well. Also, if you use a place like Mail & More or needed a P.O. box for business purposes that's also one block away (not even) walking distance. There's also a laundry room on EVERY floor so there's no need to walk too far in order to get your laundry done. In a nutshell this place is professionally run, their amenities are nice, the price is right & the location is perfect (very close to everything from businesses to highways or walking distance to many things ~Sunset strip or Hollywood Blvd.~) Before committing to moving in anywhere else PLEASE take a serious look at this place first! :)

Savoy West is an amazing place the location is great your near all the attractions. The building is well maintained and Debbie is an awesome manager she is on it when ever you need it...

Savoy West is great! I have lived here a year and a half and have had an amazing experience. The location is amazing, and so is the pool, gym, hot tub, sauna, balcony, management, and size of the place. After living year 1 year I did exhaustive research into moving in the area for a better deal, and could not find one. This is the best deal for the area and you will not regret it.
