I lived here and loved it. The building was quiet and the people are great. Debbie is an amazing building manager, who is super on it. I had an issue with my microwave and she got it replaced the next day. I didn't have any issues here and it's a quiet building, which is hard to fine in Hollywood or by Runyon.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Had to recently move due to work relocation, but I lived here for a year and half and have had no complaints. The location is excellent. Just one block under Runyon Canyon and minutes away from all the restaurants on Sunset and Hollywood blvd. The property manager Debbie was so nice and friendly and always made sure that any issues were quickly and easily resolved. They offer great amenities and are always willing to go the extra mile to help out in any way. When receiving packages, Debbie would always hold onto it in her office until you could pick it up, and would always offer to leave it right outside your door for when you get home, or even inside the apartment upon request. Maintenance was great here as well, almost always fixing any issue that same day. The neighbors in this apartment are super friendly. Never had one complaint nor had to issue one as well. I really can't say enough positive things other than I wish I didn't have to move out. I've lived in many apartments over the years in LA, and this was by far the best I've come across. If you have an opportunity to make this your home, don't pass it up!

I've lived at Savoy West for the past 4 years and highly recommend the building and the neighborhood.If anything ever needs to be fixed in my apartment, the staff is very helpful. Last year I looked around at other buildings in the area and found that most did not compare to Savoy West's amenities in the same price range.

Savoy West is the best building in the area. The building is extremely clean, safe and will fix up anything that goes wrong in ones apartment. I have been here for a couple of years and plan to stay!

I've been a resident at the Savoy West for over 5 years and I can honestly say that it's a very well-kept building and a very nice place to live in the Hollywood Hills. Besides being very close to all the amenities of Hollywood (Runyon Canyon, shopping, nightlife, restaurants, etc.), it's also close to the Sunset Strip and it's a stone's throw away from the Valley, since the 101 freeway is just a few blocks away. All of the apartments are modern, clean and secure and the maintenance is excellent, with maintenance staff on site 6 days a week. The building has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, laundry rooms on all 4 floors, some apartments have outstanding city to ocean or mountain views...and most importantly, there are two floors of monitored parking garages(with security cameras). Debbie, the on-site manager is very professional and always responds promptly to any issues that may arise concerning the residents' needs. I'd definitely recommend the Savoy West to anybody looking for a nice place to live in Hollywood Hills.
