The manager will not talk to me about my mother because I am not on the emergency card. She thinks the name on the card is for receiving calls, she doesn't have any clue what it is for. it is for the manager to call if my mother is hurt or ill, the manager is not to smart. If Saturday or Sunday comes by and the sink brakes a water is spilling out every where or something else. There is no one to call for help. Because the manager don't take calls on the weekends. This Rockview apartments needs a new manager. Plus the place very dirty in the hallway ect ect.
