I love the place! Of course you will have noise, it is an apartment complex!!! People live in these units, so you will hear people walking or closing their doors, but if you know you are sensitive to noise rent a house, or a top floor unit. I love my unit, I rent a townhome and I do not have problems with my upstairs neighbors. I did recommend this place before, and i will do it again, because you will not find these conditions with this price anywhere else in the area.

We agree with the previous review. The noise is bad here. We have really noisy neighbors who wake us up every night because they are slamming doors and just being loud. It is just miserable. The building is set up so you have to catch your front door when leaving or it makes a loud slamming noise which just jolts you. Our neighbors constantly have guests coming and going and they slam the door all of the time. You can't just sit and have a quiet afternoon and enjoy your apartment. We are moving at the end of our lease. If noise doesn't bother you, then these are nice looking units on the inside.

This place is beyond noisy. You can hear people running up and down their stairs all night, smoke alarms go off all of the time, people are running upstairs and slamming doors and the maintenance people are using their saws during the day. It is impossible to get any peace and quiet here. I am leaving at the end of my lease. Also, the windows are deceiving in that they look nice (because they are ceiling to floor) but the flip side is that people walk by and stare into your home. They should have put some kind of coating to make it that people can't see into the homes and you don't have to keep your blinds shut all of the time for privacy. On the positive side, the leasing office personnel are very nice and professional - usually responsive to most requests. Unfortunately, I would not recommend these as your home. Look somewhere else.
