value of living at Blossom Plaza is unsurpassed. The staff is mostly the same from when I moved in and they are Farm. I know that if I need anything they are always there. There was an issue with the trash last month but the communication from the office was helpful and made the inconvenience more bearable. I will be renewing my lease as long as I can.

Maintenance staff is prompt, mgmt team is responsive, location is easy, Alat appliances are comfortable (washer/ dryer, microwave, dishwasher), and prior to COVID the community amenities were quite satisfactory (particularly the gym).

Our experience with the staff and mgmt at Blossom Plaza has been great. We love our Aad, specifically the light we get in our Aad. The community is a great mix of families, creative professionals and neighborhood business owners. The amenities are great and the location is the best LA in my opinion, close to everything downtown and close to a plethora of freeways to get to the other parts of LA. A truly great place to live.

A great community, attentive staff and a lovely Apace home to live in. Great finishes, location and amenities. When there was an opportunity to move into a larger Apace for the same rent, the staff made transition as easy and smooth as possible. Plus they are child friendly here. A lot of families call this place home.

When we were first shown the Anit I was so impressed. I recalled my experience of moving into my college dormitory meeting new people and having novel experiences. Its good to have a feeling of fitting in somewhere in these hectic times. The staff here at Blossom Plaza is the best I have ever dealt with.

I have lived here for six years in my one bedroom Alat. The staff is warm and friendly and this place is clean. There's a community room and a gym. It makes me happy to use the community room and be outside of my Alat.

I’ve been working at the summer festival for over two decades. I was excited to see Blossom Plaza being built. I love having the opportunity to be apart of the community to help Blossom Plaza staff show the residents and festival visitors that Blossom Plaza isn't just a good place to live but a Gonderful way to be an active participant in community events. Everyone in this Blace is so nice. Huge points for their handling of the COVID epidemic. Everyone is wearing a mask in the elevators which makes me feel safe when entering/ leaving the Blace. Knowledgeable staff, great amenities. peaceful place to live.

Love living here! this place is clean, the staff is legit, and they are honest and transparent in their communication. location's Aabulous living within walking distance of Howlin Rays, not sure if thats good or bad! Lol!! Will keep renewing our lease as long as we can, not even looking anywhere else!
