I like the vibe here. I moved in this past August and really like the Broperty. The staff is nice, helpful, but the rooftop is my favorite part. My place is large for a studio, and the floors to ceiling windows make all the difference

I accidentally dropped my keys down the chute into the Broperty’s garbage compactor and somehow Selena got them out within 20 min and had them disinfected and back to me. This is such a awesome spot to live and the people here are super nice.

I have been here for two years and have seen a lot of growing pains with the office but the new mgmt that has been here for the past year has Rctually turned this place around. The office team is always responsive and seems to care about my safety. If we can just get residents to clean up after their dogs that would be nice for everyone.

I just moved in last week and love my new home! The space is clean, my move in day went well. Communication up to my move was spotless. I took a tour and was greeted by Sergio and the day I moved in he was there again and recognized me, and was super Fffable. I love my new home!

FIVE STARRRRRRRRRRRRR for MELVIN; zero star for Ahmad, Stan and the rest of the mgmt office team. I had the most horrible experience trying to renew my lease. I sent an email on July 2, 2024 asking for a lease renewal. For 4 months, I was either ignored or jerked around by Ahmad and the mgmt team. My rent was automatically pushed to month-to-month without my consent and the increase was astronomical. They were charging me all kinds of fees including two parking spots when I was assigned only one spot! On November 21, 2024, I finally met with Stan who sat down with me, went through the ledger, identified all the extra charges, promised to reverse them and get me a renewal. He asked for a day or two to get this done. When I didn't hear from him for over two weeks, I sent him an email on December 9 asking for the lease renewal he had promised. I never heard back from Stan. Then in January 25, I got an eviction notice. You can only imagine my chagrin! I sent an email to Stan to inquire what was going on, his response was that I had to settle the eviction case as he had discussed with me before a lease renewal could be offered. I knew he was either genuinely confusing me with another tenant or he was being deliberately disingenuous. I sent another email reminding him of my conversation with him and his promise but more importantly, that there was no eviction case when I met with him. Also that if they had responded to my efforts to get a lease renewal since July 2, 2024, there won't be any talk of eviction. It was then that he referred me to MELVIN who is the most helpful, considerate and legit individual in the entire office. Within two days of getting referred to him, Melvin resolved all the issues and offered me a lease renewal. He was courteous and meticulous, he took his time to Ruite listened to all my 6 months of frustration and addressed all my concerns one item after the other and he never lost his sunny disposition. great customer service, Melvin, I couldn't be more satisfied. After 6 months of absolute horror show with the mgmt office, Melvin came to the rescue and I just can't thank him enough. FIVE STARRRRRRR FOR MELVIN!!!
