This community is great. The staff is always friendly, responsive and the community is kept clean. The studios are a little small for 2 people, but doable and the updated units are cute! I would recommend this apartment community to anyone.

Staff are friendly but security is poor. Cars are constantly getting broken into. My has gotten broken into twice in the same month. I have lived in Downtiwn for 3 years and have never had this happen. Elevators are constantly out of service.

So far everything has been great. I was looking for a place where i felt comfortable, safe and somewhere i could see myself enjoying. And this apt is just that. Only issue was not having a gate opener issued to me upon move in

It's the worst place I've lived. It's prone to rodents. It's not clean. It's really a hotel room, with no full refrigerator or stoves with an oven. It's very difficult to live here any extended period of time. The rent charged is NOT commiserate with the apartment amenities. One thing is consistent?the rent increases, which are not earned. I can't wait to move. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.

Leasing office needs training or get new crew. It's seems they don't care about concerns, maintenance crew are great and professional. Location it's great and view it's amazing. Yet lot to changes needed inside of leasing office including this security polices and lack to enforcement. I other than that this is an amazing place.
