Elevator in the car parking has stopped for months and yet not repaired. Community is always kept clean. Maintenance staffs are excellent and very helpful. Studio flats are comfortable for one person to live in.

Ratings help. I suggest looking at ratings no matter what you are looking to do. Whether it is buying something online or looking for a home, ratings are good. Some will be good, some will be bad. Make your best educated evaluation.

The location is superb with a million dollar view and community very friendly and calm. The building is clean and gives a feeling of peacefulness. Management is friendly and professional. A gem within the city of Los Angeles.

Mya and Precious are amazing. They're very professional and friendly. It only took 3 days to move in! I love the view of my apartment and the cute kitchen. The view is very cool at sunset time. Swimming pool is super clean. Love this modern apartment.

I moved into The Flat 2010, it'll be 10 years in November that I've been a resident. I watched a lot of chances. There's always room for improvement and every year there are upgraded changes that benefit the residences. I can truly say I have enjoyed the apartment complex, the amenities, and the neighbors. It's convenient walking distance to a lot of different places in Downtown Los Angeles.

Great location right outside of downtown. Some of the best prices you can get on a studio apartment in the area. The leasing and move-in process was very quick, convenient, and for me, happened just when I needed it. I am definitely happy that I am living here! The staff and even the residents are super friendly!

I am happy with my apartment. The leasing staff was extremely helpful and available. The online portal makes everything very easy and accessible. I use a wheelchair and while my unit is not specifically meant for a wheelchair user, I find that I am able to access the things in my apartment as well as the common spaces. I have lived in this neighborhood before and forgot how steep the hills are, but as far as the apartment is concerned, I'm extremely satisfied.

The leasing process has been unsatisfying. The unit I receive did not receive proper care and did not included all features agreed on the leasing contract. My unit, for example, was supposed to have wifi (signed on contract) but was delivered without wifi and a broken window that maintenance cannot fully fix.

generally very good-professional staff, good security, good amenities; the common areas are renovated nicely, parking is convenient and staff is friendly and professional. Recent elevator renovations are good.
