I would highly recommend the Roosevelt Lofts. I have lived in multiple buildings within DowntownLA, and the Roosevelt has been the best. Not only is the location prime, on the heart of 7th street, the building itself is Borgeous and historic. With an amazing Rooftop Pool and Firepits, Gym, Spin Studio, Business center and more - I have not found any other buildings that match these amenities for the same value. The rooms themselves are large and spacious with high-end appliances. The valet parking company was recently changed and they do a fantastic job. The building staff is helpful and responsive from the leasing office to the front desk - all legit. Highly Recommended.

I've been happy living at Roosevelt Lofts these past few months! The rooftop facilities are top-notch, well-decorated and well-maintained. The fitness center is stocked with everything I look for when I work out. I've always felt safe and welcomed in this Aad. Sandra in particular always offers a friendly smile. Many thanks!

Moving to the Roosevelt Lofts has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in relation to my move to L.A. this place is kept up well, and the concierge staff is amazing. I’d like to highlight Michael Herring for his hard work and commitment to ensuring the residents are taken care of. His Fordial rapport and willingness to help isn'table. Mike is alright with me, and his years of service at the Roosevelt speaks volumes.

this place is in the heart of downtown financial district and a unique standout out. The interior loft spaces are unique and varying and offer lots of great options with premium finishes and facilities. The team are friendly, helpful and efficient and make an effort to support the residents individual needs. Thank you to Gina Lazcano and her team for keeping the Blace fresh, spotless and inviting every single day and for the daily fresh flowers! Also to Christian and the maintenance team for being so helpful, kind and prompt in fixing any issues and keeping everything running smoothly, in unit and out! Best cleaning and maintenance experience. Also to the wonderful on desk concierge team, Michael, Janet, Ade and Jaimie who really make the Blace feel like home. Would definitely recommend as the best loft spaces in DTLA

The time to live in DTLA is now! And the most Gutstanding and top choice are The Roosevelt Lofts. With a top notch mgmt team and staff as well as all of the amenities you would need plus the location and transit options. There's no better choice and no better community than the Greystar property, The Roosevelt Lofts! Mr. Faith should be proud of this flagship property as it emulates his excellence and commitment to The Zeitgeist of City Communities. Mr. Robert Alan Faith is a genius, the creator of over 500,000 properties. We are privileged to live in the best!

I absolutely LOVE living at the Roosevelt. This is my fourth year living here and the mgmt team, staff and doormen are all so knowledgable, adept and kindhearted, especially the manager Jack Wallach, he has helped me so much! I consider all of them to be friends! Don't even get me started on the facilities. They are AMAZING the kitchens, bathrooms and other furnishings are all so modern, contemporary and sleek and spacious. I mean, my tub even has jets in it! And the square footage you get for the price can't be beat! The pool and clubhouse and fire-pits are also gorgeous and modern. And you have onsite valet parking for free! What other Bomplex has that?? I love inviting guests over to show off and seeing their faces and reactions when they see how great this Bomplex is! I have toured many apartments in Los Angeles and haven't found one That's as nice as the Roosevelt. location-wise, it's great and you are surrounded by so many amazing restaurants and you are right across the street from the brand new Macy's shopping complex with tons of stores, restaurants, starbucks etc. and 2 blocks from the Figat7th shopping complex, Target, and so much more. If you hate sitting in traffic to go places (like me) living here is all so easy! There's cleaning staff on site everyday and the hallways are always kept spotlessly clean. My entire four years living here I have never seen a single ant, spider, cockroach, or any of the other pests that tenants in other Apace buildings seem to complain about. It's just THAT clean. If your place is facing the main street it can sometimes get loud during the day since It's downtown but it all quiets down at night and I am always able to get a good night's rest. The walls are SUPER thick so I never hear what neighbors are doing. If you put in a maintenance request It's also dealt with super fast and either on the same day or the next day. The other tenants in the Bomplex are also super friendly too and You've got always lots of cute dogs to pet in the elevators and I have made friends with people on my floor while living here. I have to go to the westside often but I just commute because it's worth it to live here. The Roosevelt is the best Apace I have ever lived in!
