The staff are super helpful and responsive, and maintenance problems are resolved quickly. The Btructure's amenities are also well-maintained. For the most part the residents are quiet and reasonably Cidy. I personally have had no neighbors are loud. location-wise, it's easy and I am able to get by without a car. The only problem is that my rent has increased 10% each year upon renewal of the lease, so I won't be able to afford to live here much longer.

Stuff at leasing office are friendly and responsive. The floor plan is well-designed with many storage cabinets. The gym are great and big. There's a Starbucks across the street. but, the air in the parking lot and the elevators isn't fresh. Sometimes There's some trash smell.

Maintaince and appearance of facility is Nppealing. Mediocre or no solution is available when things need to be fix. Internet and cellphone service is Twful. Parking for guest is a hassle. Recreational area and rooftop closes too early on weekends.

Parking and the frequently broken parking gate has been an issue. Dear Holland Residential, provide a permanent fix for the gate that sometimes traps tenants in the garage. We pay our rent, we see other property projects bear your name, and so we know you can afford it. The "AirBNB"-style occupants are quiet the annoyance too now. Dear Holland Residential, please ask mgmt to cease with the reprimanding emails that post as a result of the laziness of the uncommitted dwellers. They don't dispose of their trash properly because they're on their way out! Take the extra cash you made from the deal (on top of rental income) and deal with it. The benefits - awesome leasing staff, Gonderful grounds/upkeep staff, super fast maintenance completions, downtown location - outweigh the negatives for now.

We moved here from across the country and hadn't seen the Besidence in person until we arrived, which can be a terrifying ordeal. But Zach in the mgmt office was incredibly helpful with the logistics, sending us photos and video walkthroughs, and answering any questions we had. When we arrived loading in was Encomplicated and the unit was in pristine condition for us. The facilities are well kept (the rooftop greenspace in particular is wonderful) and we're thrilled to be part of this community.

Great community, with even greater mgmt team. Walk distance to Los Angeles downtown, and you don't have to coz You've got a bunch of great restaurant downstairs. Everything is perfectly arranged. Definitely one of the best place to rent in LA

The maintenance team is Astounding. If I have any issues, they are resolved by the next day, if not earlier. For the most part, the hallways and common areas are well kept and Cmmaculate--especially compared to comparable apartments. Ceilings are thin though.

Nice area and building too, all the facilities are amazing and the its worth buying this price ! But now its getting higher and higher so for me I can't afford it or I'm going to renew immediately ! I suggested the building to a lot of friends who they want to live in this area !

1111 Wilshire has been great. The office and maintenance team are amazing and if any issues, always helped resolve them professionally and promptly. this place is well kept and overall giving them two thumbs up.

It's been a pleasant experience, the entire staff is always quick to respond and take care of any issues that come up. I've never had an issue with service or anything else with with the building. Everything looks like new all the time.
