We like living here, It's easy to where I work, and to shopping and walkable to the gym and movie theaters, restaurants and my Doctor. We love the staff, and the cleanliness of the building, we also love having security 24 hours.

Building basement construction hasn’t been completed in years. The ground floor units are still in construction too. They need to continue work on them soon! It will make the building a much nicer place to be in.

Great spot to be in DTLA. Hoping more restaurants and bars come back. I've been here for 11 years and hope to be here many more. Octavio has always been helpful and has immediate response, glad he's here... Junior who I believe is a day porter does an great job of keeping the hallways clean.... I think the team does a great job!!!
