Pretty good. Good gym. Good pool. Gym is a bit of an issue with the weights dropping on the floor, making a big bang for apartment units. But other than that it's a good complex. Clean, safe, Central..

It's super luxurious with lots of feel good vibrations and I am so thankful to be here! I feel safe, valuable and present here because of the great elements that make Trademark DTLA such a delightful experience! I highly recommend others look into moving to this location because It's worth it and the staff is great, they really uplift this location!

I love living here at Trademark, the maintenance team is always on top of everything and quickly responds to any service tickets. mgmt is busy but does an amazing job handling issues as they arise.

Everything is fine thanks so much for your concerns. Love living in the building. Great staff and love how it’s doggy friendly building. The keep the place clean and smelling great. Sometimes it smells like cigarettes which I don’t like personally. I wish they had a better parking situation and more space.

I'm completely satisfied with living experience at Trademark Apartments. mgmt here is legit and veeeery friendly! Love every of these guys. Also like noise level - this is the most quiet apartment building in DTLA in my opinion.

I've been living in downtown LA for 10 years & moved to the Trademark building in Oct 2020. What a beautiful property & staff's super friendly. It feels like I am living in a resort & it helps a lot since I work from home. Also, I would like to acknowledge the maintenance crew at this property. They are on top of everything & constantly cleaning!

Trademark feels like home. Welcoming staff, incredible leasing experience and the amenities/grounds are some of the best that I've seen in an apartment building. Maintenance has been extremely responsive to a variety of requests.

The staff here at Trademark is always quick to correct any issues and go above and beyond to correct them. Everyone on the staff is knowledgeable from top to bottom and It's by far the best apartment downtown in its price range. My wife and I toured just about every building around the neighborhood that we could afford, and the amenities and apartments themselves here at are a cut above the rest.

It's been a few weeks since I moved in, and I LOVE this place. Beautiful apartments, great amenities, and most importantly the friendliest staff! Honestly, I decided I wanted to move here the moment I called Trademark to schedule a tour. Kristin was the one I talked to over the phone and since then, she took care of me until the day I moved in. She was so nice & helpful, she made it really easy for me to decide to move here. I'm so glad she answered the phone. I highly recommend you ask for Kristin when you schedule a tour! For the apartments and amenities, you really just need one tour & you'll know everything is high quality. The type of appliances they put in your home, the design,.. and especially the cleanliness! Just schedule a tour and you'll know what I mean :)
