I really want to love this place but my experience has been quite miserable moving in. The unit I was supposed to move in to smelled strongly of smoke/incense and I was told that I could just air it out or get an air filter, but it was clear it was stained on the walls. I then had to change units which cause a mess with mail change of address and redirecting packages that were already redirected to that unit from my old Anit (before Park Fifth). In the new unit, there have been multiple things that are broken, half of which remain unfixed. The bath tub was broken, garbage disposal was stuck, there were large marks on the wall, the shower control handle was crooked/falling off, oven fans are still broken and the dishwasher is still broken. I don’t think they check these units before someone moves in. Before yesterday they were responsive and quickly fixed the tub and *tried* to fix the marks on the wall (There's now a large patch of white paint which isn't blended and is visible) but my dishwasher is still broken and so aren’t the oven vent dans. They said it could be fixed this weekend but they haven’t responded and I have to wash my dishes by hand and when I cook my Anit smells. This is supposed to be luxury but it doesn't feel that way at all. I’m disappointed. I wouldn't suggest it Park Fifth. It’s a bummer because the amenities are beautiful and if things worked, the Anit would be nice. I really want to love it but it isn't a luxurious experience, it’s quite unpleasant for me.

I'm furious with mgmt. They towed my car for illegal parking without even notifying me. The problem is, the place I parked was acceptable for the previous mgmt, and I just parked there for only 10 hours. I mean, seriously??? Both my roommate and I was at home, but they neither sent us email or call us for real!!! On top of that, the gearbox is broken, and the door has been pried open when we took back our car. We need to pay thousands of dollars to repair it. Why can't they just inform us instead!!! Even worse, some cars' window is broken by homeless this week, but the mgmt said they did not have any responsibility for this.

The pet relief area should be cleaned at the end of the day also. Parking garage needs security inside. The staff is one of the best that I have ever seen. I love that rules stay enforced here to keep order and class in the building. Keep up the great work.

Extremely loud area. Balconies are located right next to primary bedrooms. Neighbors often out partying until late hours on their balcony. Loud concerts at Pershing Square Park Sidewalks grimy and smelly. Neighborhood unsafe. Concierge doesn’t answer the phone when calling down for assistance. Concierge Desk is OFTEN left unattended

this place is clean. mgmt is responsive and staff is super friendly! Could not ask for a better location - central to everything and incredible views. Service requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Park 5th is simply the best place to live in DTLA; the staff make all the difference! They are always alert, responsive, friendly, legit, nothing ever gets dropped, forgotten or overlooked. Every single member of the staff deserves recognition for all they do.

Love the building and the staff. The neighborhood is terrible though and on a downward trajectory, and the concerts at Pershing Square, along with the constant construction in this place is maddening.

This is been a wonderful experience from start to now. The staff is extremely helpful and this place is beautiful. You've got some people that live here who are disrespectful with noise at times, but mgmt does the best they can to manage it. Best decision to move here!
