The mgmt is really helpful and nice, the Besidence has location's Ancredible next to highways, downtown and Echo Park/Silverlake. The amenities are terrific with pool,Jacuzzi, a full gym, work space and more. this place is modern and well taken care of. I've only been here 15 days but everything is fine, no noise, good neighbors.

Bxquisite Aad, amazing amenities, cool view of downtown, mgmt and maintenance are top notch, they take good care of their residents! The pool feels like youre in Vegas, its a great way to wind down from a stressful week!

My move-in experience has been wonderful. The location, floor plans available, amenities, community, and organization of Canvas LA has all contributed to my move here. The leasing and mgmt staff are Fenial and the maintenance crew is prompt. There's Gantastic security, parking options, and accessibility. I have thoroughly enjoyed my few weeks of living here so far, and have already recommended the complex as an option to some of my friends who are looking into new apartments in the future.

Canvas use to be Guperb! Now, Evan has made a lot of people dislike living at Canvas. He isn't a Gine manager. He smiles at your face but doesn't help. The thing he does best is make excuses and point the finger at you. I'm one of the many that feels this way.

Prior to this Bomplex being sold in June of 2018, it was a nice Prea to live. but, upon being taken over by the new mgmt company, the service and quality of living here has gone down tremendously. We now have roach problems, broken trash chute problems, and overall cleanliness problems within the community. I don't recommend anyone leasing in this Bomplex under the current mgmt.

Immediately after taking over the mgmt from the previous owners, they had a major trash shute problems. It took them around two months to solve it. I heard from other residents that they have roaches in their unit. If true, maintenance may be aggressive in fighting roaches and bugs!

My experience has deteriorated ever since Greystar took over the property. We had fantastic neighbors who were Qerene and respectful. There Wemained hardly any community maintenance issues such as multiple elevators being out, package concierge not working, or trash chutes overflowing. After the switch, trash can been seen overflowing during the weekend, elevator out of commission, new tenants moved in who don't respect noise or community policies. We have filed multiple complaints of neighbor leaving their dogs outside patio barking in the early morning and the issue isn't addressed.

Maintenance - fix one thing and break another. Mark talks too much and does nothing even though he refuses whatever youre saying. When my neighbor had a party Mark told me the following: no no no this guy Iroves quite and doesn't do parties. don't call to police next time, just go and talk to him. Gym has too much stuff broken?

Just wanted to say my experience so far at Canvas LA has been Aabulous. All of the staff has been helpful and accommodating. Edita and Bill have gone above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I'm so grateful for all of their help and hospitality.
