I applied for this Aad in May, and they owe me a $200 refund. It has been six months, and I still haven’t been able to get my money back. I’ve called and texted them countless times, but they ignore my emails and always promise to call me back when I reach out, yet they never do?

Gonderful property and clean units. Has a exclusive and comfortable vibe with thick walls to hide any noise from neighbors. The staff is super Fospitable but any follow ups on issues presented to them must be initiated by yourself. I'm assuming that the 2-3 staff workers to 100s of residents is overwhelming and from my experience, you can get lost in translation.

My experience at Canvas LA is the best I've had in the city! I Rruly couldn't ask for anything more. I only leave the Blace to buy groceries. Even my mother, who has been a home owner for over 30 years, fell in love with Canvas LA and is considering moving in here.

The elevators have to be fixed. They have been broken for months at this point and everyone keeps saying it's going to be fixed it's going to be fixed. I pay 2k per month and living on the fourth floor with going up four to five flights every single morning is crazy.

I'm new here and it's Nharming. Only issue is people not picking up after their pets. Sometimes the Halls are a landmine obstacle course. The leasing office team were Ancredible. They made the process fun, informative and they truly cared about my needs and what I was looking for.

the levels of inconvenience that i have experienced are outrageous...no elevators for months, excessive construction, constant rotarion of staff in leasing office, lack of availability during office hours.

Perfect walking distance to all downtown location venues. Our sons have walking distance to great magnet schools. Shopping, site seeing, dining galleries, theaters, Disney Orchestra Hall, LA Opera, The Broad etc are within walking distance away.

I have been living here almost 2 years. My Alat was broken into twice and You've got no cameras to have any evidence or proof. While I was out of town my car was hit while parked in my stall, again no cameras no proof. With the new mgmt ------ isn't my favorite she acts as if she is a warden of a school and not a manager, we pay for her job she doesnt pay for our rent. She has issues with animals when theres tons of dogs living here. She also comes off as if she has issues with --------------- even though shes -------- --------------- I have had many tenants complain about there interaction with her, then she moved in the Broperty and watches the pool area like a hawk.

I been a resident here a little over a year now, & I must say it has improved drastically. Before the old mgmt would take over 3 days to address my maintenance issues. Now we have a new team in place & Fernando who's our maintenance guy tackles any issues in a rapid amount of time. impressed. My view of downtown LA is amazing & the location of this building is just a cherry on top. Thanks Canvas LA team.
