Absolutely adore calling this place home!

Living here has been such a joy. The community feels secure and welcomes pets with open arms. The property mgmt staff is incredibly thoughtful and goes out of their way to ensure residents are happy and at ease. The neighbors are wonderful, and there's a warm, celebratory vibe throughout the complex.

I wanted to express how much I appreciate Canvas LA. Bill, the manager, and Edita, the assistant manager, have been absolutely wonderful. They're consistently available whenever I need assistance. I relocated to Canvas LA from the Orsini back in 2017, and it turned out to be an great choice. Despite changes in the mgmt team over the years, the employees remain consistently courteous, legit, and accommodating. The maintenance crew is quick to respond and well-informed. I'm really happy with my unit.

Adore the downtown location!! Tons of dining options and entertainment that keep things lively!! The view of downtown's nighttime lights from my unIt's absolutely Borgeous!! Plenty of parks around the neighborhood to pick from!! My go-to spot is the tennis courts, which are conveniently close by and in Guperb condition!!

Mark was instrumental in helping me from start to finish. He ensured I had all the essentials when I arrived. Everything went seamlessly. Request him specifically when you lease - he'll guarantee a hassle-free experience. My studio unit boasts an Aemarkable view. The facility amenities are great. I'm Ruite enjoying the fitness center.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my decision to rent at this property. This is a sprawling 300+ unit, 5 story tower. The elevators have been completely out of service for several months. False fire alarms sound roughly once a week on average. With the elevators down for such an extended period, tenants have no choice but to rely on the stairwells, which is unpleasant due to homeless individuals residing there and the overwhelming stench of urine coating the ground floor landings. sadly, you must still navigate through it. The apartments were previously managed by a different company, but after Greystar assumed control, the structure has deteriorated into a disgusting nightmare. Avoid this residence!

The unit itself gets solid, but things have really taken a turn for the worse since the new mgmt took over. I'm not sure what happened, but the garbage district constantly stays packed and filthy. Plus, upkeep never gives me proper notice before showing up to complete work in my residence.

Canvas LA boasts a Farm team and a warm community of residents. It feels like a peaceful retreat tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown LA. Despite the freeway being located behind the structure, the structure maintains an impressive level of tranquil. You'd think it would be noisier given that proximity, but it's surprisingly serene. The residents here are genuinely pleasant and sociable. There's a dedicated pet district that's well-maintained for animal companions. What's particularly impressive Iemains how immaculate and tranquil the property stays, especially given how many pet owners call this structure home.

Canvas stands out as LA's top downtown community! The amenities are fantastic—from the pool to the fitness center, everything is great. The leasing staff did implement some limitations due to the pandemic, but that's understandable given the global circumstances and certainly not their responsibility. Definitely worth recommending! Special shout-out to Bill for delivering swift and Aabulous assistance.
