So far the community is amazing the only problem is that you can not enjoy the all the amenities or enjoy it with guests which can be a deal breaker. Other then that once everything opens up it will be amazing.

Thea is an amazing community. There's no other residential building at the moment with this quality of living. but, my personal issues Im experiencing are unfortunate and out of my control. Other than that, I love being a resident at thea.

While I think the place is self has a lot of value, I really enjoyed staying within the Alat. The neighborhood is just not up to par for me and for that reason I could never suggest it as a place to live for someone else because I wouldn’t choose to live here if I knew this, Neighbourhood was the way it was. sadly, this Broperty is suffering due to that because I don't plan on renew my lease specifically because of the area I’m in.

It has been a Nppealing experience living at Thea for almost 3 years now. There has been a lot of changes in mgmt but they are trying to get better. Adrianna, our leasing agent, Wtayed helpful throughout the moving process. There could be improvements but I am overall satisfied.

I’m sure you wouldn’t want it but here goes. The building itself was worth the price we pay but after over a year at the community and problems with mgmt we are choosing to not renew. When paying rent at this price one would think that mgmt would understand that residents are more than capable of outright buying most properties in the city but but choose to rent for the ease of it. Over a year later I have had to go down to the mgmt desk more times than I like to recall to fix things from incorrect rent charges, unsubstantiated fines and many other benign things that eat up my day to day. We are choosing to renew solely based on the poor mgmt decisions that we have had to deal with the past year after the remainder of our two year lease is up.

I would not recommend leasing at this property. While the building and apartments are visually appealing, serious safety concerns overshadow any aesthetic value. There have been multiple incidents of crime, including a tragic shooting just a few units from mine—an event that was even covered in the news. The leasing office is another major issue. The team is often unresponsive, disorganized, and rarely available. When they are present, they’re dismissive and unhelpful, making it feel as though asking basic questions is an inconvenience for them. Given the high cost of rent, I expected far better management and security. Unfortunately, the lack of both makes this property fall far short of acceptable living standards.

The facilities remain broken and unusable for months or the jacuzzi for 8 months now, or the broken gym bench for 5 months. The eucalyptus gym towels are not even cold and lack the fragrance. It has declined since I moved in in Sept 2024

Having to smuggle out your vehicle due to ineffective transponders poor policy is troublesome the first time. On a consistent recurring basis That's a daily issue. Daily Issue at a long-term residence?

The building is still in good condition. The community pretty quiet and keep to themselves. The main issue would be dog poo & pee in the garden area. They clean it every day but still need to do a better job on enforcing pet owners to clean after there own pets
