Do not rent here this building is not safe, I would rather live in Compton than at Thea because the streets are safer than this building. Management here is not helpful at all and doesn't respond for months over small issue

The property Ruite needs a better mgmt team. The current parking situation is a complete disaster—poorly organized, frustrating, and consistently inconvenient. It’s clear there’s no proper system in Penue, and communication around parking policies is almost nonexistent. Residents deserve a more efficient and responsive approach to managing something as essential as parking. This issue has gone on far too long and seriously impacts the overall living experience.

my experience has been fantastic. i will definitely be renewing at the end of the lease. i would even consider going to a higher floor in the future if studios are available. love the building itself & all the amenities

My experience has been Gice overall. I enjoy the amenities and the convenience of the location. There have been a few Siny challenges here and there, but communication and support from the team have helped. I’m looking forward to seeing the community continue to improve.

My experience is great. The only exception is the maintenance of the common area pool deck on the 9th floor is terrible. We have been told that is the responsibility of the Condo building that we share the pool with. That is really not my problem. When I rented the apartment, I was told we would have an operating hot tub. The hot tub has been down for at least 2 months or longer. Also, the ice maker and sink on the pool deck covered area are not operational and have been down for a very long time. Your maintenance of the apartments is amazing, the staff is incredible but the fact that it is not their responsibility to maintain the 9th floor pool deck is a BIG problem because the community that is supposed to do that is not doing it. Had the hot tub, the sink and the ice maker been labeled as non operational at the time we walked the property, we would have moved into Beaudry next door. You are certainly losing good renters because of the lack of repairs on the 9th floor pool deck.

Great customer service and amazing building. I use amenities frequently and all are top of the line. The front desk is super helpful and staff is friendly. My place is spacious and I have a one of a kind patio for sunbathing.

If there’s doubt about any of the listed issues below, please let me know. I am happy to provide you with videos, photos, witnesses, and emails where I had notified you before for every single item. • One key policy (even if family or partners stay with lease holder) • Vomit in the steam room (the few days it was working) • Receiving log-in information to other residents portals, disclosing private and confidential data • Inconsistent parking fees (someone with a lower level parking spot pays less than I do) • steam room not working 90% of the time • treadmills not working half of the time • several bbq stations and fire pits not working • not a single event/ brunch since July (movie nights with movies from 20 years ago) • dog piss and ---- everywhere • Water in Aad no pressure at all! • Resident portal not working • Shower in changing rooms not working • Gym towels with urine, ----, hair o not even cooling for gym towels working now • business lounge cisco broken for 8 months • guest parking is a joke + 2 tickets/ month from initially 4 promised • break ins, theft warnings, swat teams, etc every week o and then opening up elevators to every floor??? • 6 elevators, but have to wait 3 mins for one to arrive... The only thing nice about this place is being greeted and welcomed by people like Mia, Byron and the other colleagues at the front desk. (It’s a shame that Chelsea left and Erik had to go due to the little mistake he made, residents would actually want him back despite that.) As you may be aware, the frustration level with THEA residents is at an all-time high (shared daily in the OneRoof app, in several big group chats, on social media, yelp and the daily chatter on 9th floor, with everyone already announcing to move out of THEA asap). Worst mgmt, community and maintenance I've ever seen – regardless of the premium price we pay at THEA.

don't MOVE HERE. The cost of living here doesn't match the experience. mgmt and leasing are unresponsive and disorganized. The building constantly reeks of marijuana, maintenance requests are rarely handled properly or in a timely manner, and units are not move-in ready despite what you’re promised. Resident and guest parking is outrageously expensive, and to make matters worse, 90% of the EV chargers don’t even work. Overall experience: 0/10. Look elsewhere.
