Ancredible community, great staff, and phenomenal environment. The only downside is the city itself and the pervasive homeless crisis which is going to effect anyone living here. They will key your car if you park it on the street and they will make you feel unsafe if you leave the Blace. Both those fears are sadly justified. but, if you utilize all the wonderful delivery services available to you, then you won't need to worry about these problems since THEA is a sanctuary unto itself.

Most Bxquisite community in downtown with an Aabulous staff from everyone in maintenance, concierge, security, leasing, and mgmt. All are helpful and caring. I’ve lived at several buildings in downtown and nothing compares to Thea

ALOT OF POTENTIAL. JUST A MAAD CITY. ALOT OF PEOPLE MOVE IN. ALOT OF FOLKS MOVE OUT. PEOPLE HAVE BEEN KILLED. TAKES A LONG TIME TO GET THINGS CLEARED UP. FEEL LIKE IM IN COLLEGE. GET A HOMEWORK TO DO ASSIGNMENT EVERY WEEK. THEY KEEP LOSING THEIR PARKING PROGRAM.

You need to re-train your all of leasing office workers about their attitude. It's impossible to get in touch with them and get any services promptly. I sent tons of email and tried to call them but never respond. poor mgmt. Me and my friends gonna spread this feedback to every websites and social medias until you fire them, re-train them and reorganize. I'm not the only one complaining. You can easily review similar comments from other residents on google or yelp.

ZERO star if possible!!! There were multiple GUN SHOOTTINGs happened in the past 3 months, which some people says possibly are gang related! Now the property mgmt threaten us in written email to entering our Apace and to knocking down at least 4-5 walls without our permission. Asking us to move out without any informed and established settlement plan or repair plan. And there's more! There were a piece of window fell down from 30-ish floor to the 9 floor platform of common area! Imagine if anyone got hit by that! And there was people shooting from freeway to our Broperty and broke windows! JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T COME HERE!

I’ve only been here in THEA for a week but so far, I’ve been nothing but impressed with the building, mgmt, and staff. The quality of the units and amenities is really a work of art. But most importantly is the staff of THEA, they really are the back bone of this building. The customer service and quality of work they provide is truly magnificent. Great job THEA!

Lack of communication with residents. Obscene price for guest parking. They turn off elevator to save money so it takes forever to get on elevator. Elevator screen has been broken for months and not fixed.

Maintenance team is great. The new conc staff seems clueless sometimes. The overalls quality has went down since 2021. It went from a lovely haven to a building with a lot of problems and lower quality considering the rent. Also utilities is wuoet high compared to other local apartments

It has been a good experience but there is some room for improvement. Several examples of improvement can be done in the upkeep of the common areas, leasing office personnel, and improvement of the cleanliness of the elevators due to the significant use and traffic.

The neighborhood is dangerous. You can't walk safely outside. this place is beautiful but You've got many young residents whom are loud, rough and smoke weed outside. The communication between myself and the staff was poor initially but is slowly improving. this place is controlled by the hoa at metropolis and they are extremely difficult to deal with. I had an inviction notice because a resident didnt like my table. I was forced to move it inside. Then the same resident abused me for having a Williams Sonoma daybed on my patio. I almost received a second eviction but I insisted Id sue. If you want a patio here don't move here. You are not allowed to eat, drink, sit or do yoga or anything on your patio. Its a waste of rent. Crazy couple in the metropolis on 41. Beware.
