Was looking all over Downtown I was able to get a apartment with a beautiful view. Lexi really helped me out so much to get approved I’m so happy with my city view. Really recommend reaching out to Lexi if you need an app in downtown

I moved into 1000 Grand in Nov 2021 as I re-located from SF. From day 1. Alexis has been nothing but nice. She is passionate at what she does. She goes out her way to address current and future tenants needs and or questions. She always has a smile on her face no matter what kind of day she is having. Note to upper management: please keep her around as she is a good one and not many good ones are around these days.

The staff is friendly and responsive- Oscar is the man. For being in downtown, the community feels safe and secure. Security is always present. Common areas are kept clean and apartments are spacious.

I recently toured at the property. I am moving in September and was in town so I wanted to check a few places out. Most properties I went to sent me on a self guided tour. However, Brianna jumped up and was still willing to give me a full tour. She was patient with my million questions, and if I was able to sign a lease right then I would have. The size of the units are so worth the price as well. Definitely cant wait to sign my lease closer to my move in date.

I recently stopped in for a tour, cause I have a friend who lives there already and just wanted to see their two bedrooms. I wanted a two bedroom with a view, because my girlfriend and I work from home. They showed me 456 and I wanted to lease right than and there. The price was a little out of my range once we included parking and utilities as most apartments in the area are offering specials. So we did decide to go else where, but I have to say the office staff was so friendly and welcoming. 

I recently moved out of 1000 Grand, and loved my time there. They had a lot of staff changes, but the last couple people I believe their names are Brianna and Lexi have been absolutely amazing. It truly feels like they care about their residents and want to help. They always were available for any questions or concerns, and were quick to fix any issues. If I didn't get a job and have to move out of state, I definitely would have stayed at 1000 Grand.

I drove by 1000 Grand on the way home from work, it was pretty late so I assumed they wouldn't tour me. When I called the front office, Bri picked up and was more than happy to help me even though I was a walk in. We were able to tour the property and I really fell in love. She was upfront about the pricing as it was out of my range. I was looking for a Studio for around $2100 including parking. Even though, I still wanted to see the property, she took me on a full tour and I really appreciated it. If the prices drop and I am still looking for a place, Ill definitely lease at 1000 Grand.

I've lived here since 2018 and I can't say enough good things. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our apartment is modern and very quiet, the amenities are great especially the rooftop decks. If we ever need maintenance done Oscar and his staff are always quick, efficient and so great to work with. I highly recommend checking out this building if you're looking to move to dtla.

I came looking for a one bedroom since I am downsizing from my house. It’s very stressful enough having to move but with the amazing leasing staff it made things easier. They helped me and was very patient with me. Wish helped my apartment searching stress free.

The staff is amazing, and as much as I loved the property I got a new job out in Texas and had to move. Definitely would recommend this place to people I know. Maintenance was always there to assist in a timely manner.
