I had two lightbulbs out in my apartment, so I filled out a request. Dennis showed up very quickly and immediately fixed one and let me know that the other one would need to be ordered and he would be back in a few days. He was back when he said he would be, and at the time. He replaced the whole fixture quickly and was super helpful! (As he always is)!

Maintenance is always responsive and helpful. Dennis was super friendly and great. He responded to my work order quickly and offered several options to fixing the problem I had with my appliances. The last time he came over, he changed the time on my microwave to the correct one without me asking. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail. Thank you Dennis!

Some neighbor drama aside, this is a beautiful place to live in DTLA. Our favorite parts are the reserved parking with double garage doors (twice the security), stainless steel/dark wood combo, and beautiful new appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fridge)! We love our city view from the balcony and the natural sunlight that comes in. But the best part is the people who work here - Brianna in the leasing office and Dennis + Oscar in maintenance are the stars of this building! Maintenance is always so quick to respond and efficient in their workflow. They always greet us with a smile and are wonderful, instantly trustworthy people to have in your home to help fix stressful issues. Brianna was so communicative and kind through a nuanced personal issue we were having. Thanks to all for making our experience here great!

On top of some of the best floorplans ive found in Los Angeles, i love living here. They work hard to keep clean and everyone is friendly Maintenance is always responsive and helpful, Dennis especially is the best!!

The team is great! I have loved Alexis and Christine and Jordan to name a few have been amazing to work with. They are very knowledgeable, professional, customer oriented and helped me through a tough time. I love this community and it’s great because of the team that manages the property.

I just met Dennis from the maintenance team and he diligently helped me retrieve a very important piece of jewelry to me that fell throught the sink last saturday. He kept such a positive attitude and came through even though the possibility of me getting it back was very scarce.

1000 Grand is a gem in the DTLA South Park neighborhood. The building is beautiful and has a private energy about it. The property management team is so nice and helpful, especially Lexi! She has been accommodating and helpful no matter how large or small the request, and she’s always there greeting everyone with a smile. If you’re considering 1000 Grand I definitely suggest applying and making this your new home.

Really nice property! New and clean amenities. Good location with walkable groceries, pharmacies etc. Quick, professional and polite maintenances. If you have problems ask for Oscar and Denis, they’ll fix it.

I love living here for a variety of reasons, including the ambiance, amenities, and notably, the very professional, kind, and attentive staff. Below, I will share some of my positive experiences with the staff because that’s what really makes this building a great place to live. 1) the leasing office. Specifically, Brianna has been extremely helpful and kind in helping me address some sensitive and nuanced issues. Her professional but approachable demeanor makes her a great asset to the team. 2) the maintenance department. Specifically, Oscar is a super star. He is both patient and quick in addressing my questions and concerns (and trust me, some of them are not the brightest). I always see him working hard, always with a warm smile on his face. The rest of the maintenance team is great as well. 3) The night guard, Mr. Roy, is kind and ensures our safety

Great building, I’ve been living here for the past two years and haven’t had any issues. Leasing staff is great and accommodating and always looking to be of service whenever needed. The maintenance staff is also great an attentive to any work orders needed.
